It has excellent storage capacity with a well-designed layout that makes organizing groceries very convenient. The cooling performance is consistent, and food stays fresh for longer. The water and ice dispensing system works smoothly and efficiently. Another big plus is the energy efficiency — it runs quietly and performs great without consuming excessive power. Overall, it's a stylish, modern refrigerator with strong performance and practical features for everyday family use.

We loved the product design and features. However, after 3 years and 3 months, the refrigerator stopped working on New Year's Eve at 6pm. Amazingly, Samsung Care was still answering the phone...they connected via SmartThings and saw the issue. Evaporator assembly. When service showed up, did they bring the part, of course not. When the tech arrived, he ran diagnostics and was gone in 10 minutes. He said he wasn't sure why they didn't send the part out on the truck with him. Today the part get's installed (1/7/26) and the refrigerator works for 45 minutes and then stops cooling. Now we'll wait another 2 days for the technician to come and run diagnostics again, wait on a part and keep going and going and going. What a way to run a business. Conveniently, I'm out of warranty. So much for Bespoke Reliability. Put the colors on, but have no reliability! Emailed top dog...minion called and didn't care...weasel warranty. Shameful! We really wanted to be customers for life....not any more.

The built in water pitcher with infuser is the best and the two different sizes of ice is off the chain. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new refrigerator...is very spacious....love that it has an integrated pitcher and spout ...cold water always available ....love that it makes 2 types of ice...only issie is that itdoesnt make alot trying to figure out if its user error or have to call for a repair...4 out of 5 stars for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the look of the white glass finished front. The automatic water refill into the provided carafe is perfect for ice cold water. The two different sizes of ice cubes is a plus for all the water bottles that we have. The refrigerator keeps everything very consistent and the freezer is quick to freeze. “Love it”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased for my kitchen remodel. I wanted a smaller fridge to match the counter depth. I was concerned that it would be too small but it's not. It lines up nicely in my small kitchen and it actually has plenty of space. I don't love the shelving in the fridge or maybe it has more drawers than I am used too. The freezer looked small too but it hold everything just fine. Of course, the beverage center is the crown Jewel. The self filling pitcher is great. It's the main attraction.

However I feel the area in freezer portion should reconsider it's configuration. One 1/4 is taken up with 2 different size ice cubes. I love the small size cubes. I also use that area to store small flat items. The water pitcher is a great feature
