The ice maker can take some time to make the ice but that's because it's making two different kinds of ice. I love how I can control my refrigerator and freezer from my phone. Having a water pitcher is amazing! I don't even need to have a brita filter in my refrigerator anymore because the pitcher and the water going through the refrigerator is filtered. The pitcher is a smart pitcher and fills back up automatically no matter if you empty it or not it knows when to stop. I could go on and on about this product but I will stop here and just say I'm over the moon about my new refrigerator and I'm not looking back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a true counter depth refrigerator. The absence of handles means every inch that I have goes to Colts base. The icemaker has a true on and off switch as opposed to the flimsy bar of other brands. The auto fill pitcher means I no longer have to deal with a Brita. Super happy.

Had to leave one shelf out of the door in Oder to put tall items. Love the hidden water dispenser in door n the ice maker in the freezer. Over all I do like it better than my old Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This counter depth fridge is very sharp with clean lines and bright stainless steel finish. I love the dual ice cube sizes and the water pitcher stored behind the left outer door. The smooth glossy finish shows about every finger and hand print but is easy to wipe down without streaks and smudges. The freezer drawers hold a good amount of groceries and are easy to access and organize. Perhaps the oddest characteristic is the right side crisper drawer that can only be opened with both outer doors open

It was the largest size you can get, and we love the extra drawers and how long they are. it makes dual ice at two different sizes. Down fall is the ice machine can't keep up with our family of eight needs. big deep lower freezer with plenty of space. We love the water picture that comes with it. Nothing like a glass of cool water to quinch your thirst.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is great except for the ice maker. I keeps having problems producing small cubes. Also the side door on the left seems to heavy for the hinges bc it scrapes on the freezer door when the freezer is opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with this fridge. You quickly become accustomed to the door handle layout. Pros: Lots of space I use the beverage center way more than I thought I would, especially the pitcher to fill dog bowls and sports jugs and such. More convenient than I had anticipated. The ice bin is much bigger than it seems. Two sizes of ice and dedicated scoop storage huge plus. I thought it would be cumbersome to always put the scoop back, but it is very intuitive. Cons: There are quite a few, but most are minor and would not discourage me from repurchasing. The beverage center side door does not stay open and will drift shut. (Many have posted this also) The bottom crisper drawer cannot be opened without opening both doors. (The top one can so this is just odd to me). The space inside could have been laid out better. I do feel I am lacking some shelf space and occasionally it is a tight fit (especially on a day hello fresh is delivered).

DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

The built in water pitcher with infuser is the best and the two different sizes of ice is off the chain. I love it
