I've only had one problem with the small ice cubes not coming out but it fixed itself on its own so probably just clogged. I did spill a soda on one of the racks and cannot remove it to clean which is annoying. I do love the two types of ice cubes as well as the water dispensing/ water pitcher. I change the filter every six months and it's not difficult. Overall a great fridge.

Visually, it is an absolute masterpiece. The interior feels massive compared to standard French door models with the same footprint. DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

However I feel the area in freezer portion should reconsider it's configuration. One 1/4 is taken up with 2 different size ice cubes. I love the small size cubes. I also use that area to store small flat items. The water pitcher is a great feature

The built in water pitcher with infuser is the best and the two different sizes of ice is off the chain. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the look of the white glass finished front. The automatic water refill into the provided carafe is perfect for ice cold water. The two different sizes of ice cubes is a plus for all the water bottles that we have. The refrigerator keeps everything very consistent and the freezer is quick to freeze. “Love it”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. My wife is now looking at getting the matching wall oven and microwave. It is taking awhile to get use to not having exterior water and ice. However, we really like having a pitcher of cold water in a singe grab. I do wish that the beverage door had a latch at the top of the door. I am just over 6ft and have to bend over just a bit to get to the latch on the bottom of the door and that is not going to be good for my back. I also wish the shelving was a little more adjustable. At the end of the day we would by this line of refrigerators again, however my wife says she would get the one with the exterior FlexZon Drawer.

Had to leave one shelf out of the door in Oder to put tall items. Love the hidden water dispenser in door n the ice maker in the freezer. Over all I do like it better than my old Samsung.
