I purchase gras fed/finished quite a bit at other stores. It could have been the particular steer it came from, but I tried this and it had a very bland beef taste, very little flavor.

High quality ground beef! Looks and tastes like old fashioned grass fed beef right from the farm. Superior to 'grass fed & finished' ground beef we've purchased from area grocery stores & priced better too.

It's fine I guess. There is no way to know if it's really grass fed and grass finished organic. I hope it is. So many companies just flat out lie these days.

I always buy this same brand (but typically 93%/7% Lean) and have always been happy. I accidentally bought the 80%/20%, and was pleasantly surprised, nowhere near as "Fatty" as I expected it to be!

This is my go to grass fed ground beef at an unbeatable price. You can tear off the packs and it does not compromise the product. I use this for spaghetti, making my own meatballs and for hash.

Grass fed beef is so much ch better to eat then regular beef. Glad Sams is getting more grass fed, organic and nitrate free meat products. Wish their lunch meat was nitrate free as well. We really love the taste and quality and f this beef.

After buying this since around June 2024 the quality is now do dusgusting I will no longer buy from Sam's Club. This ground burger wont even hold its shape after cooking. Its not from lack of fat . It just falls apart and the texture us next to mush. gross. You want to pull this GOOD BYE.

For chilli, taco meat, and browning this is excellent meat. Not sure about for hamburgers or meatloaf, a bit "empty" in texture on its own. prefer local grown grass-fed for patties and loaves. But, for this price, giving 5 stars and using for listed dishes.

I used to LOVE this organic ground beef but it has changed significantly and for the worse. It has increased by more than $2 per pound and the quality is not the same. I seriously question where it's coming from because it is absolutely not an 85/15 mixture anymore. It look more like a 50/50 ratio. The one in our warehouse is very pale, more white than pink at this point. I can't bring myself to buy it anymore. You can't increase the price and decrease the quality. Something isn't right with this meat anymore.
