[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator 6 months ago and I love my refrigerator so much space, love that it makes two kinds of ice, it makes circle ice for drinks and the regular ice. Also it’s side by door freezer ones and regular on the other love. I recommend this refrigerator to everyone.

I bought a similar fridge as this one and almost the same price. The compressor went and they said it’s under warranty for 10 years. But they couldn’t find anyone to fix in my area and so they didn’t offer any compensation or solutions. So I had to purchase a fridgaire instead.

The ice maker has 2 seperate compartments, one makes tennis ball sized ice that last a while in your drink and then standard sized ice cubes. I live that we never run out of ice. The stylish look adds beauty to my kitchen and I spend a lot of time in there cooking. I love the stainless steel and the front of the fridge lights up without opening the door for a quick glance to see if I'm out of milk easily. The motor runs quietly compared to my previous refrigerator brand. This refrigerator/freezer has so much space, it easily held all my products that was in a full size bottom freezer with space to spare. I'm delighted with our purchase. My sister and other guests love my new fridge also.

This refrigerator is ok, I honestly don't like, other people might like it but don't, the craft ice stopped working for a while and now it's working fine again, the refrigerator arrived with small dents inside the the fridge area on the side, but we didn't didn't noticed until we started paying attention to details. I had several people including my self smash their toes while opening the door since its just so low to the floor. It has no bar handles, or at least a vertical ledge to grab on to, so if your not paying attention you'll slam the door close or open while seeking for the handle. One of door trays broke as if it was made of paper, well the entire refrigerator seems very very fragile and has many features that don't make sense. It does have very good space, but, that's about all..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 11/03/21, Great refrigerator. Is very quiet and looks great. I like the no handle feature. I purchase this LG because my previous refrigerator was an LG, It lasted over 20 years and was still performing good. I replaced it because the doors wore out and would no longer close by themselves and seal properly.

Been installed now for 2 months and I just love it! It features much more freezer space than the French door fridge I had for a decade. Plus this has 2 ice makers.. one for crushed or normal block ice.. and it also makes ice balls perfect for anything on the rocks. The other benefit to the big ball ice is that it melts very slowly so it keeps drinks cold for hours. Max amount of ice balls made per day is between 3 and 6. The water filter is SO easily accessible and easy to replace! Big thumbs up! This fridge makes no noise while sitting there, but does make some noise when new ice balls are dropped or new ice is dropped into the crusher. A brief read through the manual allows you to easily learn how to operate all the options. The ice maker is easily turned on and off by pressing a button inside of the fridge so you can make sure if you leave town for long periods that the fridge doesn’t make ice to be wasted. I’m extremely happy with this buy!

Bought this a month ago. Layout is cumbersome, it would be nice to be able to adjust the shelf height. The craft ice only makes about 3 balls a day, but ok to save for parties. The interior looks a little cheap, but as long as it works right? Well, that’s the rest of the story. 1 month in, the freezer got warm, followed by the fridge a couple of days later whilst we waited for a service call. The diagnostics on the app were telling me that everything was working perfectly. When the service engineer came, he told us that both compressors had completely stopped working and that the connectivity wasn’t functioning properly. Basically, the entire workings of the refrigerator need to be replaced after 1 month. Luckily, the company we bought it from is willing to take it back and give a complete refund. They totally understand that we have lost all faith in the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this over a month ago, super happy with the decision so far. Only rating a 4 since we haven’t had it long. I love that it makes two separate ice cubes! I believe that’s my favorite part! Yes it’s cool that you can knock and the light comes on, but honestly I think I’ve only done that once since having it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 2 years, the only Major Complaint is closing the refrigerator door. To close the door you literally have to reach around and pull the door closed. Because the door is so wide, It's really inconvenient and you make some serious fingerprints on the door. Then I noticed we were pulling the door shelves to close the door, this causes strain on the shelves. Our shelves started falling down breaking all our items and the shelf cracked. The design flaw is in the door if there was a little lip or pully on the door it would make a much better product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the frige several months and it arrive on tine! Unfortunately the water valve got stuck couldn’t dispense water or ice. Got it replaced through 3rd contractor with no charge! The frige is working very well, nice cold, water and ice dispense, you can control with the App, it a great big purchase.
