[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free bag of Purina Beneful Healthy Weight Dry Dog Food With Farm-Raised Chicken Adult Dog Food for my fu babies to try. It comes in 4 shapes and colors. My boys both were eager to try their new food. They both appeared to enjoy it as they cleaned their dog food bowls out by the end of the day.

I have been buying Beneful healthy weight for the past year for my 18 month old yellow Lab. He is a big dog to begin with and I didn't want him to become overweight. I am happy to say he has maintained his weight for the past year and he just loves the taste! He has never refuses to eat!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog has been on Purina Beneful dog food most of his life. Now that he is over weight we have switched to the Healthy Weight food. So far he has lost 10 pounds. Seems to be working so we'll stick with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog Hippy can be picky, but she does seem to like this colorful blend of kibble. It has fun shapes that she also likes to chew on. I mix this with some carrot, yoghurt, or wet food and she eats it right up. The texture is crunchy and it smells good.

I noticed as Lennon was getting older she was putting on more weight (as most of us women do lol). I started her on Beneful Healthy Weight and noticed she was shedding some pounds. She's more active nod and not such a "couch potato" and she seems to a lot happier. Maybe I should look into Beneful for humans LOL

However, about every other bag I buy has so much dog food powder / finely crushed crumbs in it that I literally have to sift the entire bag of food using a colander before I can put it in the storage container. Otherwise it’s a powdery mess to use. This should be caught by quality assurance checks when it is packaged. I hope someone at Purina will see this and address the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been using healthy weight for our dogs for 10+ years! We now have three happy pups eating beneful HW! We have never needed to switch foods for any reason; our pups are as healthy as can be per the vet! Thanks beneful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bilbo is a very finicky eater. I’m lucky when I can get him to finish a whole 3lb bag of food before he refuses to eat it. He did eat the first two bowls eagerly but now he won’t touch it. I’m going to try the beef flavored one next but I don’t have high hopes. I can’t find Beneful in any other flavor than beef or chicken and Bilbo likes turkey, lamb, or venison. The kibble size is perfect for him even though it’s not marked for small breeds, Bilbo is a 10 lb Yorkshire Terrier.
