[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my dog Wylie ever since he was 3 months old, and now that he is a senior at 9 years of age he's become a bit more prone to weight gain. I noticed while he still seemed to enjoy going on walks with me, he preferred to keep me company while watching TV and started to take lots of naps. I started feeding him Beneful Healthy Weight to help keep his weight down and was happy to see he not only loved the food, but he has also shed a little bit of weight and now has much more energy! Before every meal I'll take a few pieces of his kibble and he will perform tricks for me, such as rolling over or giving me a high five. Once he's done his tricks he gets to enjoy a nice bowl of Beneful. Other benefits I've noticed include a shiny coat, bright eyes that are free of discharge, and the dry kibble helps keep his teeth nice and clean. I never knew there was a Purina app or I would have won with all of the points from all of my bar codes! Purina will see how many times I scan my dog food bag when I purchase my 3 dogs food and will see that my dogs only love the best and the best is Purina!!!

Even the pickey eaters eat up the full serving when I serve them Beneful healthy weight. I love that after many years of purchasing Purina Beneful, the recipe seams to be the same with the consistent quality as usual.

I'm researching this dog food currently due to the lawsuits that have. Even filed. We had a purebred golden retriever who was the love of ours and 3 children's lives. Unfortunately she went into kidney failure at just 3 years old and we had to put her down. Beneful was the only dog food she ever ate and I'm starting to realize this may have been the cause.

They always clean their bowl, then check on the others just to be sure - licking up any lingering goodness.
