However, since the nutrients are outside of the optimal small animal clinical nutrition guidelines for their individual health, they will be fed another diet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purina Beneful Healthy Weight Dry Dog Food With Farm-Raised Chicken Adult Dog Food is the best dog food. My girls just love the taste of it and I love that it is good for them. There are no artificial preservatives or flavors and added colors it is natural and filled with protein to keep my dogs healthy. I want my girls to be healthy and happy because they bring so much joy to the family.

This is the only product that doesn't upset the dogs stomach and it keeps them exactly on point with their weight. Which can be a difficult thing to do given that they range from a Toy fox terrier 5lbs. A Chocolate Lab 70lbs and an English mastiff at 200lbs.

We bought this for our chocolate lab after she gained some winter weight. She loved it, and lost weight slowly and steadily with it. She is now at her ideal weight and we are maintaining it with another brand of beneful. The downside? It made her poop twice as much, twice as often, and twice as stinky. She also got some gas from it, that she hasn't experienced with other varieties of beneful. All in all, the product works but be prepared for a lot of extra potential clean up.

My English Cocker is going on 14 yrs...she has been on "Only" Purina since she was a puppy - from Puppy Chow to no the Beneful Healthy Weight. She has loved her food and is satisfied after eating..she has never had any problems digesting and Purina has given her a healthy food program throughout her years! Thank you Purina!

My vet finally suggested Beneful Healthy Weight and my yorkie has been eating it without problems for a few years now.

I want Max to be at a healthy weight. My husband noticed, and the vet confirmed, that he was beginning to get pudgy. My husband found this and we started him on it. He enjoys the taste and because it has kept his weight regulated, we have kept with the program.
