The pitcher is a game changer in a busy house full of teenagers and their friends. Whether athletes filling their sport thermoses, tabletop lunches or my never ending cool crisp lemon or cucumber water, the pitcher I thought would be a novelty quickly became a necessary fixture in our daily lives. It has changed the way we consume water from grabbing a plastic bottle to filling our glass or stainless water bottles. The fridge offers great organization throughout, shelves, door bins and freezer, all with easy access save one lower drawer which requires both fridge doors to be open while in use, the other three do not. The ice option was another feature I didn’t think much of until I had it bc ice is ice, until it’s not. You will be surprised. It is a quiet running fridge, including water and ice fill. And the glass panels are gorgeous and so easy to keep clean. This is a great appliance. Bonus was the ease of ordering, constant communication and the most professional delivery I have ever experienced. Top notch from Samsung. The medication I have has to be stored at 34 degrees and Iam satisfied that this will keep it at the proper temperature. The freezer section has two different shaped ice and is easy to access. The water pitcher keeps the water perfect. This is a great refrigerator. With all the useful shelves. I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. I love the 2 different types of ice it makes. We use the beverage center all the time. I didn't think my wife would go for this one as it is a bit pricey, but she loves it maybe more than I do. We did have a time where the small ice maker quit working. We read the troubleshooting steps, and even called on support. Support sent a person out who declared we needed a new computer/motherboard for the unit. Board came in and was replaced. This did not fix the issue. Later, I decided I would take a hairdryer to the side that wasn't working. In 2 minutes, I had the problem resolved. Since support was useless, I could not give 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a GE Profile left behind fridge. Huge upgrade both in size, and actually working. Love the multiple ice shapes and beverage center inside the door. Plenty of storage space in the fridge section. We utilize a standalone Samsung freezer to augment freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much room it has! We had the unit for a few months and the compressor had to be replaced. The only two issues that I wished were better was the beverage center door does not have an alarm if it gets left open (and it gets left open a LOT), and the middle section on the left hand door hardly ever catches to close and the center line is left open causing condensation inside the fridge. I also have not been able to level it to a point that both doors can stay open. I asked the technician when he was replacing the compressor and he said it's nearly impossible. Other than that, no real issues. It looks nice, it's nice inside and the beverage center is great!

I love the dual ice cube sizes and the water pitcher stored behind the left outer door. The smooth glossy finish shows about every finger and hand print but is easy to wipe down without streaks and smudges. The freezer drawers hold a good amount of groceries and are easy to access and organize. Perhaps the oddest characteristic is the right side crisper drawer that can only be opened with both outer doors open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke 36" refrigerator is a beautiful appliance; so sleek and slim looking without handles and has loads of room inside. There is a magic door that allows you to grab frequently used items without opening then entire door to same on energy use. The ice maker provides large and tiny cubes at the same time. I am very happy with this appliance. I would have rated it a 5 if not for a few cosmetic scratches on the surface, which can really only seen in certain light
