Terrible product and even worse support

Left a review last week and wanted to update it but Samsung seems to make that pretty difficult. Fridge was looked at by a repair tech and he determined it was unfixable. So we called Samsung support and holy cow has it been an experience. They wouldn’t send out a replacement unit and would only reimburse us. But the problem is they would only reimburse us for the fridge and not the panels lol. After fighting with support they finally decided to refund me for the entire cost but told me I would need to dispose of the fridge. So I bought a fridge from Samsung that didn’t make it 3 years. Had to fight for full reimbursement and was told I would need to pay someone to remove the pile of junk. It was after this experience I didn’t just decide to never buy a Samsung appliance again but I will now never own anything with Samsung on it.

Overall great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is great except for the ice maker. I keeps having problems producing small cubes. Also the side door on the left seems to heavy for the hinges bc it scrapes on the freezer door when the freezer is opened.

Good fridge but not worth the trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator with beverage center. Ice maker doesn’t produce much ice, but we make it work. The service for Samsung is still not great, I’m still waiting for them to come out and fix the left door since May.

Great Features Love the pitcher!

Stylish and Quiet – A Perfect Fit for Our Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bespoke 3-Door French Door refrigerator for about two weeks now, and I have to say—I’m extremely satisfied so far. First of all, the design is outstanding. It blends beautifully with the rest of my kitchen and instantly gives the space a more modern and luxurious feel. One of the biggest draws for me was the customizable door panels, which allowed me to choose a color combination that perfectly matches my home’s aesthetic. Every guest who’s visited since we installed it has commented on how beautiful the fridge looks—it's definitely a statement piece. Functionally, this fridge checks all the boxes. The three-door design is incredibly convenient, making it easy to organize groceries and access both the fridge and freezer compartments. The interior is spacious and well-lit, which helps with visibility and makes finding things simple. I’ve also noticed that produce stays fresher for longer, which speaks to the excellent cooling performance. Another big plus: it’s extremely quiet. Even though our kitchen is close to the living area, I barely notice any noise from the fridge—it runs very smoothly and silently, which makes a big difference in everyday comfort. Of course, I’ve only been using it for two weeks, so I’ll need more time to evaluate long-term reliability. But as of now, I’m thoroughly impressed and completely happy with my purchase. Sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a nice Fridge. I like the water pitcher, that I first thought was unnecessary. My only complaint is that the door shelves aren't really adjustable - you can remove them to allow taller items to be placed, but the shelf points are fixed. I've never had a fridge that you couldn't adjust these shelves.

Poor product! Will destroy your flooring

Buyer beware! I purchased this and right after one year the ice maker started to freeze up. This caused the water to over flow and ruin my hardwood floors. Calle Samsung and they said nothing they can do after 1 year. This is a known issue - after multiple repairs we are replacing! This should be illegal to rip people off like this!

NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE! EVER!!

We purchased a brand new Samsung fridge and less than 2.5 years later, the fridge went out! The ice maker stopped working and the fridge and freezer stopped cooling. Samsung sent someone out a WEEK later so we lost all of our food. The compressor was replaced and it started working again but only for about 3 weeks. We just happened to ask about being compensated for food (because the info wasn't volunteered). I had to be escalated to a manager to get reimbursed for a portion of the food that was lost and I had to submit proof of the food purchased 3 times! After finally getting a partial reimbursement, we replenished the food in the fridge. LESS THAN A MONTH LATER THE FRIDGE STOPPED COOLING AND STOPPED MAKING ICE AGAIN! Samsung said no one could come out until the next week. So even though it was Samsung's fault that the fridge went out again, there was no sense of urgency to send someone out to fix it in a timely manner. To make matters worse, we had just purchased a ton of seafood for my mother's birthday celebration. Imagine how that smelled as it started going bad! When the repair person came out for a SECOND TIME, he said there was an "internal gas leak" and that the fridge wasn't repairable. Imagine hearing "internal gas leak". We're we supposed to feel safe? He even said it was still safe to drink the water. Ummmm...no! So we had to start the claims process for the fridge reimbursement and for the second time in a month, we lost all of our food plus the food for my mom's birthday celebration was ruined. When we contacted Samsung's terrible customer service department (after being left on hold and hung up on multiple times) to request a reimbursement for the food. They had the audacity to tell us that they only reimburse for food one time per device and that Samsung "isn't required to do that." Seriously???? Just so you all know, an expedited claim takes "1-3 days to review and another 3 to 5 days to issue a refund." I know this verbatim because they kept reading from the same script when I asked any question. I was then told to just go buy another fridge if I couldn't wait for the refund to be processed. Who has the nerve to say that? Samsung customer service. I almost forgot to mention how someone has been out to "repair" my Samsung washer. No, it still isn't working correctly either. So two weeks later, we are still without a fridge and we are out of hundreds of dollars in food again. This is the most draining and frustrating experience we've ever had with any appliance. You could offer us a FREE Samsung appliance at this point and we still wouldn't take it! Moral of the story: NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Far So Good - honestly I love the space and the overall design of the new fridge, the only things I would change is the door opening scenario. I'm a bit afraid that the center pillar on the door will snap and that I can't access the drawers without opening both doors. I think it will take some time to get use to.
