i bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. i have loved it all this time. it is great! easy to clean. easy to organize the contents. looks great. the only issue i have had with it---today--- is that i cannot get the replacement water filter to go back into the refrigerator. it was tough to get out. but now the replacement will not go back in. it is super frustrating and i have been trying to make it happen for 3 hours now. i am concerned that it will leak all over the place before morning. lastly, the access door is poorly designed. it lifts up but does not stay up on its own. so, to get out the filter you need to hold the door up with one hand and use the other to rotate and remove the filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older Samsung 3-door refrigerator, with the icemaker in the upper compartment and external water/ice dispenser. We had the common ice-over issue with the icemaker, but generally liked the unit. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks a go the freezer section completely failed. We bought the new Bespoke 3-door and couldn't be happier. Going from 24cu ft to 31cu ft has been great, and having the icemaker in the freezer compartment makes much more sense. While would rather have not given up some of the freezer space, this is a fair compromise.

I had all new Samsung appliances at our old home & wanted them in our new home as well. The beverage center is so convenient & it’s great not having the mess of the water & ice on the outside of the door. Thought we might miss the crushed ice but the ice bites are great. We just replaced the top door panels with the black glass & it looks really sleek. Also fun to be able to decorate the glass with clings for the different holidays.

It is very spacious and great not to have items falling out of the freezer like we did with our previous side-by-side refrigerator! One thing to consider, although we specifically chose this model without handles for its sleekness, it can take some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge the 2nd day of the new year and every day I discover a new feature that makes me happy I bought it I can’t wait to order new panels to swap the colors during the year. The built in water pitcher with infuser is the best and the two different sizes of ice is off the chain. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a true counter depth refrigerator. The absence of handles means every inch that I have goes to Colts base. The icemaker has a true on and off switch as opposed to the flimsy bar of other brands. The auto fill pitcher means I no longer have to deal with a Brita. Super happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator lass than a month ago and I am so happy with it. I love that there are no more handles to try to clean around and with the beverage center and water dispenser inside there are no more water streaks running down the face of my fridge! There is always a pitcher of ice cold water that automatically refills. Having the option of choosing from two different size ice cubes is an added bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung RF24BB6600QL is a stylish, modern French‑door fridge that stands out for its sleek design, attractive color options, and surprisingly spacious interior for a counter‑depth model. It offers flexible shelving, a well‑organized layout, and a dedicated Beverage Center that many users love. Overall, it’s a great fit if you want a premium look with practical everyday storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing design. Very aesthetic and the 2 different ices is very cool. Definitely a plus storing the ice in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment so it stays extra cold and dilutes drinks less. The center locates water filter does take away usable space but it makes changing the water filter very easy as compared to other brands being awkward in the top corner.
