The notification for end of cycle is a great tribute, allowing the user to go about their other daily tasks without going back and forth to see if they wash is done. Thus making it as simple as being notified, switching to the dryer, and continuing with what they were doing before. The controls are easy to see, use, and easily operated.

I love the ease of use, efficient washing, and how good it is as removing horrific stains! The cycle time is really fast and the storage capacity is perfect for large piles of dirty clothing that would normally take 2 loads to finish! In use with the Dryer is a perfect duo, both connecting to make a really solid team that will do large loads of laundry in one go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad that the washer is able to fit most loads. I'm not sure of the weight but it has handled up to 2 weeks worth of laundry. It's always done a good job at cleaning my colors, though I'm not too sure on the whites. Granted, I do sweat a lot. The speed of the washer is interesting, but I think that varies with weight as well. Having the Smarthings app definitely helps with being able to track how long my wash is gonna be, so I can anticipate when I should stop doing one task to move things into my dryer. Other than that, I seldom use the app to program cycles.

I've been using this Samsung washer for a while, and it's decent overall. The connectivity features work but are fairly basic, so I'd rate them average. Wash performance is acceptable, with average stain removal on everyday clothes. The wash cycles tend to be quite long, which can be inconvenient. While the large capacity is great for handling bigger loads, the water efficiency could be better as it seems to use more water than expected. Overall, it's a reliable washer, but there is definitely room for improvement in cycle time, stain removal, and water efficiency.

It has plenty of room for big loads , it has great connectivity, the cycle timed are short, it removes most tough stains , but it uses a lot of water on my bill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine! It cleans very well and is seemingly very efficient. It holds much more laundry than my previous machine and gets the job done much more quickly. The classical music chime is fantastic. My only critique is that I have to actually manually start the cycle I have sent to my washer via the app by touching the start button, but that's such a minimal and silly complaint. It is cool that I can download custom cycles and sent them to the washer.

We receive the washer on 18 June 2026, features like the varies steam cycles, sanitize have not been used as of yet. We love not going to the local laundry mat, the size is great for our household, love the design, water efficiency, cycle time, and smooth operation so quiet you forget it on. The washer fit perfectly onto our old Samsung washer pedestal.

Sometimes it goes for longer than anticipated because bedding is a bit much for the capacity. Overall a great product. The steam functions are awesome too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for a few months now and honestly it’s been pretty good, just not perfect. First thing, it holds a LOT. I can throw in all my towels or a big comforter and it handles it fine, which is a big upgrade from my old one. Clothes come out clean, no complaints there—even stuff that usually needs a second wash. It’s also really quiet. Like I forget it’s running half the time until I get the notification on my phone. The app is actually useful once you get it set up, but setting it up was kind of a pain and took a couple tries. Only things that bug me: the cycles are kinda long. A normal wash feels longer than it should be unless you mess with the settings. And the rubber seal around the door… yeah, you have to keep it dry or it starts smelling weird. Not a dealbreaker, just something you have to stay on top of. Overall I’m happy with it. It does what it’s supposed to do and handles big loads easily. Just wish it was a little faster and lower maintenance with the seal.

I have been using my Samsung washer now for over 5 years and have had no issue, I have practically washed everything you can think of in and it always come clean and nice. It is water efficient as well as having a large capacity for clothes. Wash a full size California king comforter perfectly and drains the water perfectly after wash. I also love the cycles for each type of laundry many choices.
