We’ve had this washer/dryer for 2 years and 2 wks. ago we had to have a tech look at the washer-he said there may be an issue with the shocks. That’s disappointing for a newer machine - there’s only 2 of us so it doesn’t get used heavily. I’ve had a similar set in another house 3 years ago- and not a problem, which is why I bought these for our current home-it was working great so, we’re now happy. If it does require shocks, we will have to look at something else.

My only complaint is that the drain and filter is low to the ground making it difficult to drain and clean out the filter without making a mess all over the floor

Second, the washer is efficient. We wash multiple cycles throughout the week, and this washer uses minimal detergent while getting the cleaning done right the first time. Finally, the connectivity is great. It is nice to get notifications on your phone or TV when cycles are completed, and the syncing between the washer and dryer is very convenient. All in all, this washer just works well. Great capacity and reliable.
