We did have a minor issue with the print coming off when we accidently got it wet with stain remover. The lettering is soluable and not well sealed into the paint or clearcoat. Functionally, the washer performs exactly as advertised.

The capacity is unbelievable. What I used to use for three loads on a typical washing machine, now gets done with one. I control the cycle time to fit my needs. I adjust for more rinsing or longer spin and if my work uniforms are really dirty, I can adjust for longer washing. The best part is connecting my washer and dryer to the to the Samsung Smart Things App. This monitors my appliances in real time. When I'm folding my clothes and putting everything away, l am always impressed with how all my things still look brand new. My Samsung Washer and Dryer take great care of my laundry. And ...my water bill is lower. If you're looking into buying a new washer and dryer, look no further, Samsung is the choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung washer has a lot of great features and it washes the clothes really well and has many cycles to choose from I do wish it had a little bit more connectivity on the app so that I could see stuff but the capacity is large and It gets rid of stain stains and it does not seem to overuse on water

We love this washer. It fits so much more than our 10 year old machine. I love all the different options and being able to see how much time is left on the wash in the smart things app. It also barely uses any electricity which is great for us having an all electric house. We hope to get the matching dryer soon. We are saving on laundry soap now too.

I have it loaded to my Smart Things app and it notifies me when the load is complete. It even reminds me when the washer needs a self cleaning. Just turn the knob to self clean and voila. A clean smelling washer.

The smart things app works great with it, very easy to control. Cycle times are pretty quick, none are very long. It’s very good at removing stains.
