It has plenty of room for big loads , it has great connectivity, the cycle timed are short, it removes most tough stains , but it uses a lot of water on my bill.

The product works like it should. I love that it takes one wash to come looking clean. My laundry comes out of the washer smelling like new. The spin cycle works great with no issues. Using warm water for colors helps with odors. The settings on the washer work as advertised. I can get a lot of laundry done with my washer. Connectivity is also great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad that the washer is able to fit most loads. I'm not sure of the weight but it has handled up to 2 weeks worth of laundry. It's always done a good job at cleaning my colors, though I'm not too sure on the whites. Granted, I do sweat a lot. The speed of the washer is interesting, but I think that varies with weight as well. Having the Smarthings app definitely helps with being able to track how long my wash is gonna be, so I can anticipate when I should stop doing one task to move things into my dryer. Other than that, I seldom use the app to program cycles.

Its stain removal performance is outstanding, getting clothes thoroughly clean while maintaining excellent water efficiency. I purchased this front load washer to replace my old Samsung front load washer that broke down. It is a great size for a family of 4. It is very efficient in its water usage. The noise during performance is bearable when the laundry room door is closed. One thing that I wish it could do is to allow me to add dirty clothes into the load even after the washing cycle has started.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love our samsung washer it has a decent compacity for everything we need to wash. I recently have had connectivity issues not sure if its the washer or if my toddler has disconnected the washer from my smart things app. I love that i get notifications when my washer is in use and when the cycle is complete. I think the cycle time is pretty standard but it definitely brings out a ton of water leaving the dryer to use less time. I can't really determine of the washer is lacking in stain removal or if its the laundry detergent itself but plenty of things go in with stains and come out looking like it hasnt been washed. Recently we have noticed we start the washer and nothing happens only to open the door and feel dry clothes. Also sometimes the clothes come out wet but soap is still in the soap compartment. Not sure if there was user error or if it is the washer. Other then that we love all the settings and the reminder laundry is finished

2 stars become of the delivery and customer service. The washer is great and was delivered end of May. I also purchased the pedestal which were delivered together. However, the pedestal was not even so on the spin cycle, the washee shook really bad. Shaking stopped once I balanced it with cardboard. I called The delivery co to see if they could come back to balance. i ended up with a new pedestal on the way to swap. When I had the initial delivery, communication was terrible. The delivered co RXO said delivery was on a certain day. i took the day off because they couldn't give me a window, so lost a day of work, spent it calling throughout the day trying to find out time to delivery. Same delivery experience with the pedestal, except at the end of the day...took another day off they said I canceled, which i didn't. called Sam's customer service, got another delivery scheduled. Took another day off, kept checking the app to find out a window. Only to get a text saying we're running late and will be there by 2p. around 2:30, I called and was told 5:15 or later. I couldn't wait because of a doctor's appointment. But i called Sam's customer service without resolution. I asked for a refund and for them to pick up the washer and pedestal and was told "my supervisor says youhave to call Samsung directly". I was not allowed to speak directly to the sup and kept getting 2nd hand recommendations from the person on the phone. I will be writing corporate to request a refund and will purchase a washer and pedestal somewhere else.
