Highly positive and practical, balancing an initial setup hurdle with strong performance satisfaction. I've had this front-load washer for about a week now, and overall I'm really impressed. The cleaning performance is fantastic, and I especially love how well it spins out heavy items like bedding—my comforters and blankets come out feeling damp rather than soaking wet, which makes drying them a breeze. ​The only real issue I've run into so far is getting it to balance correctly during installation/loading; if it's not totally dialed in, it can shake and move around quite a bit during the spin cycle. Once you get the hang of load distribution, though, it works like a dream!

As a television and kitchen appliance owner and never having issues, I thought to try it out myself. I’m able to was king size blankets without washer becoming unbalanced. I love all the different features that’s optional to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was perfect for regular loads and smaller blankets. It was nice until it stopped working. Our last washer lasted 15+ years, and was hoping this one would, but I was wrong. Quality definitely not built like how it used be. I'll be ok if anything lasted more than 5 years now.

So far so good has a slightly better than average tub size and has been quite so far doesnt try to vibrate away on spin cycle like my old one at least kinda wish it used a but more water or swapped out the water when washing especially my work clothes i feel that it is just sloshing dirt ftom one piece of clothing to another with such a concentrated amount of soap and water which ends up close to mud like soup half way through so it gets the bulk what you can see dirt out but not so sure about the fiiner stuff its at least not noticable most of the time then i try to wear it and my shirts have felt kinda gritty needing a second run maybe ill try using tge power washer on my cloths first that way with leas over all dirt and stains it will have a beeter tine getting them out stain removal i give a c- wash time rather fast which is great when the second run is needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my washer. There are a lot of modes that can be used to thoroughly wash your clothes. The only thing is the power steam is the only setting that seem to be removing stains and also after each wash you have to leave the door open to prevent the wet clothes smell but The washer looks great. I can fit a lot of clothes in there. I really do like the smart controller as well because you can control it with your phone. The only thing is you have to put it on the smart control mode to be able to control it with your phone. I wish it would automatically connect to your phone and don't have to put the smart control on. Maybe that's an upgrade for the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this is a beautiful washer and all the features will reel you in. However in terms of cleaning your clothes, get ready to run up your energy bill. Loads take a minimum of 2 run throughs to look and smell clean. It leaks and with in 6 months of have the washer the mother board gave out. I did have it replace under warranty but the issues with properly cleaning clothes is still an issue. Trust me, I even tried smaller load and it’s the same issue.
