We were hesitant to get another front loader but saw this one had anti microbial lining to prevent stench and it works! Doesn't use a lot of energy and I like how I can connect my phone and it'll let me know when the washer is done. It also reminds me when to do a self clean cycle to keep it smelling fresh. Couldn't be happier with the machine!

Great washing machine! Cleans clothes quickly and efficiently. Quick cycle is only about 40 minutes and cleans a large cycle of clothes. There's also longer and hotter cycles for dirtier things such as towels or bedsheets and has a steam sanitize mode. Great for Airbnb or other heavy users that need to make sure things are clean. Don't forget to self clean your machine every two months or after 40 to 45 cycles or so. Front loaders use less water than top loaders and less soap as well. The machine will tell you when it needs to be cleaned; as it is Wi-Fi connected and has a phone app that you can follow along with.

This Samsung front load washer is so wonderful and fit our family needs 4.5 is perfect size. Connection is fast and Cycle time is great, save us a lot in water and electricity bills.Cleans perfectly. Good for stain.Smarts app is so helpful.Thanks Samsung

I’ve been using this Samsung washer for a while, and it’s decent overall. The connectivity features work but are fairly basic, so I’d rate them average. Wash performance is acceptable, with average stain removal on everyday clothes. The wash cycles tend to be quite long, which can be inconvenient. While the large capacity is great for handling bigger loads, the water efficiency could be better as it seems to use more water than expected. Overall, it’s a reliable washer, but there is definitely room for improvement in cycle time, stain removal, and water efficiency.

I’ve been extremely happy with this washer. The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity easily handles large loads, including comforters and bulky towels, which has cut down on the number of loads I have to do each week. It cleans clothes thoroughly, even on the quick cycles, and spins so well that laundry comes out much less damp, reducing drying time. I also love how quiet it is—you can barely hear it running. The smart features are a nice bonus. Being able to monitor cycles and receive notifications on my phone makes laundry much more convenient. The controls are easy to use, and there are plenty of cycle options for everything from delicates to heavily soiled clothes. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations. It’s efficient, spacious, and makes doing laundry much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-capacity front-load washer.

The smart things app works great with it, very easy to control. Cycle times are pretty quick, none are very long. It’s very good at removing stains.
