It is very fast, gets my cloths clean, has many settings and is easily controlled by my Galaxy Fold 7, Samsung Chromebook and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, It pairs easily and I can control all settings from my phone and I get notifications when my laundry is finished also. It is great with the ecosystem that Samsung has.I have the washer, dryer, range, microwave, dishwasher and several Samsung mobile and wear devices as well as the Bud pro 4. Everything is seamless and I highly recommend furnishing your home with all the Samsung gear you can.

It flooded my house, ripped a hole in rubber seal after some metal part ripped through it…I only bought another because I had the matching only 3yr old dryer still working fine so didn’t want to switch to another brand or type. The replacement is working well so far, will see how long it lasts.

The 'Super Speed' wash is a lifesaver when I'm in a rush, and the AI features seem to do a great job of adjusting for different load sizes. It can handle large capacity loads with ease and always comes out super clean. If you like appliances that automate the boring stuff, this is the one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to run the auto clean before every wash of darks if I don’t want to have random spots on the fabrics, and typically have to run an additional rinse as well. Connectivity is nice, knowing when your clothes will be done, usually about an hour and a half each load. (Kind of a long time, don’t you think?) Funnily enough, this isn’t the first incentivized review Samsung has asked of me, but the last one I received no incentive. When I reached out (to 12 different agents over the course of two phone calls totaling four hours of my time), I was hung up on, transferred to phone lines no longer in service, as well as gaslit into being told that promotions like the one I was calling about were nonexistent within their company. Following this I’ve reached out via email. So what I’m basically saying, is that whether you like the stylish, yet mediocre products that are shilled, don’t assume you’ll be able to speak with anyone regarding any qualms you may have.

My only complaint is that the drain and filter is low to the ground making it difficult to drain and clean out the filter without making a mess all over the floor
