[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for a few months now and honestly it’s been pretty good, just not perfect. First thing, it holds a LOT. I can throw in all my towels or a big comforter and it handles it fine, which is a big upgrade from my old one. Clothes come out clean, no complaints there—even stuff that usually needs a second wash. It’s also really quiet. Like I forget it’s running half the time until I get the notification on my phone. The app is actually useful once you get it set up, but setting it up was kind of a pain and took a couple tries. Only things that bug me: the cycles are kinda long. A normal wash feels longer than it should be unless you mess with the settings. And the rubber seal around the door… yeah, you have to keep it dry or it starts smelling weird. Not a dealbreaker, just something you have to stay on top of. Overall I’m happy with it. It does what it’s supposed to do and handles big loads easily. Just wish it was a little faster and lower maintenance with the seal.

I love this washer. it gets absolutely everything washed correctly and in an orderly time. You have a self cleaning cycle that keeps the water clean every wash!! It holds soo many clothes at one time and you can stay connected from you phone at all times!!! Would recommend this washer too everyone.

We love our new washer and dryer set! There both energy efficient appliances. The washer and dryer have plenty of space for the heavier loads like blankets and comforters. Also able to control them via app is a great feature to have. The best thing though was the price there really affordable and keep are cloths clean and smelling good at all times.

The capacity is unbelievable. What I used to use for three loads on a typical washing machine, now gets done with one. I control the cycle time to fit my needs. I adjust for more rinsing or longer spin and if my work uniforms are really dirty, I can adjust for longer washing. When I'm folding my clothes and putting everything away, l am always impressed with how all my things still look brand new. My Samsung Washer and Dryer take great care of my laundry.
