The black hole capacity: I can fit a ridiculous amount of laundry in this thing. King-sized comforters, a mountain of towels, the dog's blankets—it swallows it all without a second thought. The built-in faucet: I use this way more than I expected. Being able to pre-scrub a stain or rinse out the detergent cup right inside the drum instead of dripping water across the floor from the sink is a fantastic feature. Super Speed is a lifesaver: Being able to push through a normal load in about 30 minutes without sacrificing clean clothes completely saves my weekends. The phone notifications: I honestly thought the Wi-Fi feature was a total gimmick at first, but getting a ping on my phone when the cycle is done keeps me from leaving wet clothes in there all day to get musty. The vibration isn’t bad and I can’t hear it on tne 2nd floor from the 3rd The water efficiency is good, doesn’t use too much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my washer. There are a lot of modes that can be used to thoroughly wash your clothes. The only thing is the power steam is the only setting that seem to be removing stains and also after each wash you have to leave the door open to prevent the wet clothes smell but The washer looks great. I can fit a lot of clothes in there. I really do like the smart controller as well because you can control it with your phone. The only thing is you have to put it on the smart control mode to be able to control it with your phone. I wish it would automatically connect to your phone and don't have to put the smart control on. Maybe that's an upgrade for the future.

I love how easy it is to manage and that I can set one laundry recipe for the clothes and it will continue over to my dryer. I like how functional it is and being able to take the guesswork out of caring for all my clothes makes things a little less stressful and is one fewer thing I have to track.

I would like it if the chimes weren’t so loud or if you could turn off the sounds but it is not that bad. If you do laundry in the night and leave the doors open the chimes wake us up.

The ability to control your dryer via Bluetooth Is such a convenience Way to do laundry . The multifunction Drying Modes allows you to Adjust To your needs. The fact That the machine is extremely quiet Is such a plus.

The only reason I only give 4* is that our comparable “competitor” model works significantly faster on the clean cycle and the clothes with steam wash and dry look and feel cleaner and softer. We absolutely LOVE our new washing machine - Samsung has always been our go-to, but this blows the others out of the water (pun-intended)! Capacity is huge. And handles various load types consistently with no thumping. Stain removal: we've only experienced a need for heavy stain removal once so far, for a coffee stain, but it took it right out with only our normal Tide pods! Preheating is where my mind has been blown the most - literally 5x faster than our others. Crisping: We haven't experienced any issues with not using it, if ya know what I mean. This machine is wonderful. Cycle time: there of course is a great range, and the two that I normally use have been perfect - one for heavy loads, the other for delicate, and they have been perfect, without wasting water or needlessly using electricity. Overall, like I said, this is a top-tier washing machine, and is of course beautiful, as most Samsung appliances are. Highly highly recommend!
