I bought this washer about 1month and half and it has nice features and you would think is perfect but actually it doesn’t wash correctly, I find my clothes still with soap or softener and sometimes the door is all fill with soap or softener, I wish I could exchange maybe for a better one

I love that the app tells me when my load is done to avoid waisted trips to my basement. The clothes are really clean and fresh I’ve always trusted Samsung products and this washer really backs that up. They keep everything on this product current to fit all of my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this one cause it was in the middle range of the price options, not the cheapest or the expensive options. It's been 4 weeks since we started using it and I like it is paired now with my diveces. I am watching the TV and when the machine finished I received the notification in my TV. I liked that as sometimes I don't have my cellphone handy. Ot has additional option if you use the app but i still need to learn to use them. It does not make a lot of noise and I have not had any issues so far.

But then it pooped out on me and had to be replaced due to a manufacturer defect causing it to be extremely loud during the spin cycles. I hope this new one I got lasts longer than a year and a half because otherwise, it’s great!

Only thing I am missing in this washer is - there no option to select small loads. Though time-based washing may be used instead. One drawback is - towards the end of the wash cycle, machine vibrates while spinning at high speed and makes relatively loud sound.

Very disappointed that you can't change factory settings. You have to change them every time you start the washer if you don't like the factory settings. If you select quick wash, you have to change the water temp every time you start the washer as the factory is set it to warm. I don't want warm. I want cold. You can't change it nor does it remember the last settings you set for that cycle. As I use quick wash a lot and have to change this every time. Would be great if it would remember that setting.
