Stacked my new set just like my old set, and they fit perfectly in the same spot. The new washer and dryer are both more quiet than the old ones, and look sleek and stylish. My laundry is clean and dried to my liking. I love them. Here’s looking forward to another 16 years of laundry!

The speed wash is very convenient, and as good as other longer cycles. I knew I was buying a fantastic washer but it has even exceeded my expectations. BTW, Samsung is my go-to brand for all appliances, great quality.

Finally able to wash our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20 y/o traditional washer and I'm really impressed at how much better it works. It uses very little water compared to my old washer. The washer automatically adjusts to the load and the clothes come out unusally clean, much cleaner than with the old washer. The electronic controls take some time to learn but it's got a lot of options. The Koreans love appliances with jingles and this washer definitely has them. I don't have much use for the connectivity with my phone, which surprised me when my Samsung phone asked if it could join with the washer. It was weird.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so far really love the washer it is really quite when washing clothes and the smart app. makes it really easy for me to know where my washing process is at and about how much longer I have to do other things around my house ( I have three kids so this is a great feature to have cant tell you how many time I forgot the clothes doing multiple different things around the house) I really like the fact that I have the option to do some many different things such as steam to help keep my clothes looking nice I also really like the Sanitize feature again 3 kids also along with all of that in the app you can change the features as well over all I believe it is a really great product

Samsung should stick to tv's because they suck at household appliances. I purchased the washer and the filter has to be cleaned around every other month. So, they put the thing so low at the bottom of the washer that you have to be on your belly in order to see what the heck your doing. Then they say to drain the emergency hose, only the plug on the emergency hose is on so tight that it is impossible to remove it! The process is a nightmare and the genius who engineered the thing must be an amateur. STICK TO TV's !! Samsung has no business making quality appliances because they have no idea. I purchased the dishwasher at the same time and I found that I hate the design of the racks. UGH. Aggravating to say the least with Samsung appliances.

To all the positive reviews, I bet you just got the machine. Counterweight broke after 1.5 years. Poorly manufactured. Waste of money. 100's of reviews stating the same complaint. This product should be recalled. I'm out over a grand now, thanks for nothing samsung
