Very disappointed that you can't change factory settings. You have to change them every time you start the washer if you don't like the factory settings. If you select quick wash, you have to change the water temp every time you start the washer as the factory is set it to warm. I don't want warm. I want cold. You can't change it nor does it remember the last settings you set for that cycle. As I use quick wash a lot and have to change this every time. Would be great if it would remember that setting.

Steam cycles are cool, & so are the adjustable settings for temp, spin, rinse, & soil levels. I like the ability to connect to internet so it alerts me when wash cycle is complete.

Very limited water comes in so clothes stinks when it comes out. To wash clothes need good amount of water. We have to keep washing same clothes 2 or more times.if you have someone in your family works and wear clothes and if it gets stains or dirty you need to wash multiple times to remove the stain

I've bought washing machines for many years and what do they do? They spin and roll, that's it! What about the size of the load? How does the machine know what the length of the cycle should be based on the actual size of the load? All questions that are a guess for the machine and the result is that your clothes don't get clean plain and simple! This machine measures the size of the load before determining the wash cycle time and you can customize the wash cycle with additional options! Even better, the machine does a gentle wash forward and reverse to make sure that your clothes get really clean! This is the best machine ever, thank you Samsung from AM!

Also unlike my old washer it doesn't dance all over the laundry room. I also like the little jingle it gives off to alert a finished load. I still don't know all of its functions especially the phone alerts. I will eventually will get to it. All in all a good and well thought out product.
