I did my research and talked to several people for recommendations. Decided on the Samsung based on the reviews I read online and recommendation from people that own Samsung appliances. The washer and dryer are a great size for us. We hooked everything up ourselves no issues with hooking up the washer. My laundry shares a wall with our bedroom and there is minimal noise. Also love the simplicity of the control panel. So far I am loving it.

Washer and Dryer look super modern, were a breeze to install and overall do an amazing job so far. Love the Wifi connectivity, although setting up a second user is little counterintuitive. Unit looks very modern and has many great features. Love the Quick wash - 28 minutes. All my appliances are now new Samsung Smart units, which makes me feel like I live in the sci fi future =). Now just need to add a samsung smart tv, so the notifications pop up on screen if Im watching something. My fiance loves it too.

Just like all rest of our appliances we've had no issues and love the features this washer has. I can even load it up before work and start it just before I head home so they are freshly cleaned waiting to go into the dryer.

I absolutely love every single feature-especially the notification to my cell that the load is done! It’s champagne colored with black accents so it looks super sleek and fancy! I would give 4.5 stars for 2 reasons: the return hose (dirty water) was not long enough and it turned into a disaster trying to find something that fits, I eventually created something that worked. The second is the machine shakes a lot sometimes, I had to put something underneath it to try and control the shaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the washing machine for about two weeks, and overall it has been fine, but I have two issues that result in the deducted stars: (1) The door is a bit awkward to close. I don't really know how to describe it, other than it is not a satisfying close, we often have to lean into it or open it and try again. (2) on several occasions, we have set the washer on, and have come back to it having turned off, with the clothes slightly damp but not washed. We will continue to use it longer to see if they're just initial kinks, if there's any user error on our end, or if the machine just has those frustrating features. Otherwise, the buttons are helpful and seems to wash fine.

Since it's a stack, we were forced to purchase another Samsung washer since you cannot stack it with other brands and I didn't want to buy a whole new set. We purchased a 5 year warranty with this one. Not expecting much, but at least we'll be covered by extended warranty this time.
