I had no idea what I was missing before her. First, it’s huge. Not in a take up space way because it’s actually quiet sleek but the washer drum itself. I am able to do as small or as big of a load as my heart desires. We have a septic and a well so water conservation is always on my mind. My favorite is that this washer allows you to do a speed wash. Which is perfect for when my teenager tells me that she has nothing to wear to school tomorrow at 9pm. We have king size bedding and previously had to wash the blanket on its own. This drum had no problem handling the blanket, sheets and pillowcases all together on the bedding setting. Whenever I would try to do larger loads on other machines they would either be off balanced or still soaking wet at the end. This spun the water out so good I could hang them to try with no issues. I love the sanitize steam option for my dogs’s bedding and blankets. It really can handle everything. One of my favorite features is the Wi-Fi enabled options. I downloaded the smart things app and was able to connect my phone to the washer in a minute. Once a cycle is done you get a message from the app which seems frivolous but when your washer is deep in the basement I cannot tell you how handy it is and time saving. No more running up and down the stairs to see if the loads can be switched. It also reminds me when I have completely forgotten about it. Another great smart feature is you can select the type of load you are washing based on fabrics and colors and this will download the perfect setting right to the washer! Oh and if you are like me and your house has Alexa capabilities you can sync the washer and Alexa can control it as well! Love. I’m in love.

Having been a Samsung washing machine owner in the past I knew to expect excellence and man has my mind been blown. The quickness and efficiency of this new washer is much more than I ever expected. Even large loads like thick heavy blankets are finished quickly and are actually clean the first time! I really enjoy the Bluetooth setting and the ease of use from my phone especially if the laundry gets loaded and we forget to start it in the morning. I can just whip out my phone and with the press of a button remotely start the wash! It’s smart technology also allows me to not worry I’m washing on the incorrect setting, I can let my washer know through the app what kind of load it is and a wash setting is recommended for me. The control settings are straightforward and very easy to use. All in all I am a very happy customer especially since now wash day only takes a few hours to complete the households laundry instead of all day!

Shakes violently during spin cycle. And when it finally gets up to speed (if it does), it shakes my entire home. It is on a 10" thick slab of concrete and it still shakes my home! Prior repair tech came out and apparently tightened a few bolts and left, saying I'd need a motherboard (for shaking?) but never returned, never called to let me know the part is available, nothing. Frankly I want my money back and I am going to engage my CC to try and do so... this is horrible.

I have 2 large dogs and I have to constantly wash their blankets (and ours) and having the larger capacity definitely helps. Being able to wash (and dry) on the steam sanitize is amazing because it works so much better at killing germs and odors than chemicals do. I love how you can connect "Alexa" to the washer and dryer and she will tell you when your wash is done so no more guessing...you can also get a text and or a notification on your compatible TV, amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again.

This Samsung set is much easier to adjust the washing time soil level, rinse time set, while the Whirlpool one was a riddle to guess every time. Very happy with this set!

I did my first load of wash and oh my... my clothes came out cleaner AND softer than my previous washer. The functions are easy to understand and use, they have different settings for different types of clothes. It is quite and i love it. I would recommend this to anyone needing a new washer.

The quick wash is very fast and clothes come out extremely clean. The smart functions are very convenient and after adding the washer and dryer to the Samsung smart things app the notifications are fantastic. I love bring able to get a notification that my wash is done while I am upstairs and not near the laundry room. This is a wonderful addition to my home and it makes my home much more efficient . I will highly recommend this appliance to all of my family and friends.

The smart feature enabled me to connect the washer and dryer together. The dryer will use the same settings based on the settings selected on this washer.
