Instructions were in the manual that was included, so I followed them with ease to run my new washer. I love all the multiple choices I have for using this machine; temperature, load size, load type, etc. The wash was quiet and did a nice job cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our washing machine December 23, 2024. The machine washes just fine but I do not like all the lights that flash the entire wash time. Also the way the washing machine sits at attaches to the pedestal is very ugly. It should sit down more and not show the hardware. We had a different manufacturer for our old machine and it fit beautifully on the pedestal.

This is the SECOND Samsung washer I have purchased in 1 year. The first one which I purchased from a big box store knocked and rattled so much during the rinse and spin cycle, they finally agreed to replace it. I got the second unit directly from Samsung.com in June 2023. Now, only 2 months later, the second washer is doing the SAME THING. I can't even wash clothes while on a Zoom call in my home office with both the laundry room and home office door closed because it sounds like a freight train is coming through my home. I'm beyond frustrated!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Samsung laundry appliances in the past and had been relatively happy with them. This one blew its predecessors away! Before, it would take a load of laundry sometimes hours to process! With this model, it seemed like I could put on a load, turn around and it was already done! I have never gotten so much laundry done so quickly. Everything comes out smelling amazing and the variety of settings are easy to use and not at all overwhelming. My only setback is that I don't really get the point of the app that goes with it, but that's likely user error and not an app issue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start!? This Samsung washer looks large and in charge in our space and is very functional. We can now install counters and cabinets for folding and better storage as the size of the set is perfect and allows us to re-imagine our laundry room for efficiency. We wanted a large capacity washer and dryer - we definitely got it! I feel like I have a commercial set in my home. Front load for the win! The washer has a great set of preset selections with many more that can be downloaded using the "SmartThings" app (more on that later). Samsung takes the guesswork out of washing by allowing you to choose towels, bedding or whites just add detergent and start. The washer drains more water out of the clothes than expected. The washer runs quiet and effortlessly. Full disclaimer I do not have scientific evidence but I think my clothes come out cleaner and more fluffy using the tumble washing method vs top loading.  WIFI, SmartThings and laundry... it makes perfect sense! I know when my clothes are clean or if someone else is washing. I can add clothes then set them to wash later so that I can dry them right away when I'm around. I receive alerts when washing has completed so I don't have to guess if I need to check on the clothes. The app interface is simple, very clean and functional. You can download other care options for different clothes types, as well. There's a setting for nearly any clothing option.  Steam cleaning is great for sanitizing our little munchkin's clothes after school. I also use it to clean and deodorize my work clothes while keeping them wrinkle free. Nearly any item that you cannot or do not want to submerge in water, you can stream clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase about a month ago and it’s a gray washer! The addition of being connected with WiFi and smart things app, we get notifications on our phone and TV! With settings for every fabric type, it was one the best purchases of 2024!

I love this washer and dryer set. It is the best washer and dryer I've owned. I love the steam options. I have owned mine for 3 years now and it really is a versatile machine. I have pets and my clothes get cleaned and the hair removed. It washes and dries my king comforter easily. Getting wrinkles out is a breeze with the steam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer first and replaced them with this set from Samsung. This change made a whole lot of difference! This Samsung set is much easier to adjust the washing time soil level, rinse time set, while the Whirlpool one was a riddle to guess every time. Very happy with this set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it for about 10 months now. Good things first: Does the job and I like the smartthings connectivity. The Bad: violent shaking and very noisy during spin to the point that the washer door starts flapping. I bought a stacking kit but decided against stacking out of fear the dryer would be rattled of the washers back or the whole stack would just tip over.

With this Samsung 6300 Series super speed washer, I have to go into the laundry room to be sure it is still running. The speed in which it washes is amazing too. So fast. So many speeds and options for all my items including bedding, towels, delicates. The controls couldn’t be easier. The drum is huge. Can take the smallest to the biggest load. The front loader makes it easy for us short people to reach the back of the load. No more tippy toes. You can connect to your wi fi for hands off control. This really could not be easier. I highly recommend.
