It makes a lot of noise when on spin cycle and the noise is extremely loud. At first I thought it was normal but it has been getting worse and it seems that at some point the washer is going to break. I don't use it because it makes me nervous and I'm afraid of the noises It makes.

The washing machine is fine. But the drain hose that comes with it is very short. According to Samsung it is a standard drain hose length. But because it did not reach the drain outlet we had to move the washing machine to the right side of the dryer and we had the door hinge of the washing machine on the left side. Now the washing machine door opens to the right and the dryer door opens to the left. Samsung doesnt have a bigger hose length and they wont change the door opening now as it was set that way when we ordered. How are we supposed to know that the drain hose length is so short that we will end up switching the side of the washing machine than what our original Kenmore elite washing machine was. The hose of that machine reached the drain perfectly fine. Now samsung is asking us to change the entire assembly to move the water and drain pipes closer to the machine!!!! They should put up this drain hose measurements and that there is a possibility of moving the machine to the other side of the current system setup. Sorry this is not acceptable. The 2 stars are for the machine itself which is fine but now as I have to live with this setup until this machine breaks down or we move out. Again not acceptable. Samsung needs to do better. We are not washing machine techs to know all this!!

Really pleased with the ability to see which phase my washer is in when I am not in the laundry room. Clothes are getting as clean as before. I do like the various steam functions.

Increased washer capacity is welcome. Not sure how useful the wifi really is except to notify me when a cycle is complete. I do like the feature whereby linking them the dryer will choose an appropriate setting based on the wash cycle that was used.

i just want to start off with how this washer is one of the best i ever had. the up to date sleek appearance made my dingy, boring basement look like i gave it a makeover. it's has so many user friendly features that are very useful, and has just the right type of settings for all different types of clothing, fabrics and laundry loads. i spend a lot of my time doing laundry so the things i really like about this washer, is the fact that it is energy efficient and it running time is custom to what type of load it is, so you're not wasting time over washing clothes that does not need it. that really helps me fit more loads in during the day. the washer is quiet when it's clean but i like that i can actually hear it when my load is done and ready to be put in the dryer.

The Bad: violent shaking and very noisy during spin to the point that the washer door starts flapping. I bought a stacking kit but decided against stacking out of fear the dryer would be rattled of the washers back or the whole stack would just tip over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung series 6300 washer and dryer is outstanding! i had a frigidaire and it had good options and got the job done, but this front load washer is epic! options i wanted and options i didn't know i needed! the sanitize option is amazing! the cycles are faster than any washer i've ever owned. the washer is super quiet. i've loved everything about it. we have also saved quite a bit on our water bill. we have a family of 7 (4 are teenagers) and dad is a first responder, we have lots of dirty clothes. our washer/dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. both washer and dryer have a capacity for super big loads!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If it is, then I don’t want to be right. This washer is my dream. It has all the options I want plus even more. I had no idea what I was missing before her. First, it’s huge. Not in a take up space way because it’s actually quiet sleek but the washer drum itself. I am able to do as small or as big of a load as my heart desires. We have a septic and a well so water conservation is always on my mind. My favorite is that this washer allows you to do a speed wash. Which is perfect for when my teenager tells me that she has nothing to wear to school tomorrow at 9pm. We have king size bedding and previously had to wash the blanket on its own. This drum had no problem handling the blanket, sheets and pillowcases all together on the bedding setting. Whenever I would try to do larger loads on other machines they would either be off balanced or still soaking wet at the end. This spun the water out so good I could hang them to try with no issues. I love the sanitize steam option for my dogs’s bedding and blankets. It really can handle everything. One of my favorite features is the Wi-Fi enabled options. I downloaded the smart things app and was able to connect my phone to the washer in a minute. Once a cycle is done you get a message from the app which seems frivolous but when your washer is deep in the basement I cannot tell you how handy it is and time saving. No more running up and down the stairs to see if the loads can be switched. It also reminds me when I have completely forgotten about it. Another great smart feature is you can select the type of load you are washing based on fabrics and colors and this will download the perfect setting right to the washer! Oh and if you are like me and your house has Alexa capabilities you can sync the washer and Alexa can control it as well! Love. I’m in love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this new samsung washing machine is not only beautiful, it is quiet and extremely efficient. the quick wash is very fast and clothes come out extremely clean. the smart functions are very convenient and after adding the washer and dryer to the samsung smart things app the notifications are fantastic. i love bring able to get a notification that my wash is done while i am upstairs and not near the laundry room. this is a wonderful addition to my home and it makes my home much more efficient . i will highly recommend this appliance to all of my family and friends.
