Smart settings allow for setting up custom wash cycles but the normal cycle works great for me. The washer is quiet and doesn't bounce around. The washer is much easier to use than my old washer and my clothes get done quicker and are cleaner. I like all of the settings and the easy to use controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly a complete machine. The ease of installation and use . many preset cylces make quick start. The quiet operation leaves you to question the cleanliness. Clothes come out very clean and almost completely dry. More time to do other things.

Bought this washer/dryer 2 years ago. Had to have a tech come out and work on it as soon as we tried to use it for the first time. The door has never shut properly and you have to hold it until it locks. But the worst part of this washing machine is the way it shrinks cloths. We put cloths in on a cold setting and hang dry, and this machine still shrinks them. We checked that the cold and hot water were not switched. I just would not recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st washer purchase and I must say it's awesome to have a washer in my home. It looks very modern with digital screen and touch screen. The functions are very self explanatory. It exceeds my expectation with washing. It's awesome that when I'm watching TV in another room, a small notification window pops up on the screen to let me know when the cycle is complete.

We'll have to see about longevity since the last one had to be changed because of gunk and mildew build up. They seem to have upgraded the silicone on all appliances though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our washing machine December 23, 2024. The machine washes just fine but I do not like all the lights that flash the entire wash time. Also the way the washing machine sits at attaches to the pedestal is very ugly. It should sit down more and not show the hardware. We had a different manufacturer for our old machine and it fit beautifully on the pedestal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say upon receiving the washer i could not wait to use it!! once I used it the first time, no kidding, I noticed my clothes were cleaner and a lot softer! i was in desperate need of a new washer! I'm very glad I received the Samsung washer ! it is a great addition to my family . ps: the only downside I noticed was when I washed my comforters and sheets, I used the "bedding" option and it kept saying 10 minutes to finish" it never finished!! i had to stop it manually because it wouldn't finish the cycle with the bedding option. I'm not sure why.
