It’s super easy and the set up just took few minutes !! Everyone in my family loved it ! It’s definitely smart ! The washer and dryer both works great! It saves a lot of time ! The capacity is amazing. It’s perfect for our family. It is almost noiseless . It washes the clothes perfectly and uses the detergent efficiently!! No more wasting detergents. We can operate them from anywhere. We love how compact and sleek it is . The functionality is amazing .. worth every penny ! The noise less technology is amazing I know turn on the washer even when my kid is sleeping. My favorite settings in washer is steam normal it’s perfect for my family. I have tried almost all the cycles and it’s perfect for my family . It has all additional options like a separate cycle for towels , for bedding, for delicates . I love that it has ore soak and delay end options which we use quite a lot !!

I wanted to update to stainless look abs choose to go with Samsung because it is one of my favorite brands. I own alot of Samsung items in my home. Can't go wrong with the quality Samsung has to offer.

do not buy this front load washer. junk... from day one we've had issues with violent shaking getting worse over time until the warranty expires then it fails... had samsung service out twice in 1.5 years. after this next repair about everything inside has been replaced... latest issues are broken bolts and defective weight balancers... can't use washer above lowest spin cycle. this unit is a definite lemon! i buy a lot of samsung products... phones, tvs... previous washer was also a samsung he front loader and lasted 10 years before shaft bent making it unrepairable. caution with samsung appliances! they have honored service under warranty but with all this shaking i'm sure this product will fail again after latest repairs sticking me with repair bills for this lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far liking this machine, it barely makes any noise and love the pre-soak and delay cycle feature. The only thing that would have be nice is to be able to start the delay cycle from the app. Currently you still manually have to start the delay cycle while you can select all the settings from the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 1st Samsung frontload W &D set was purchased used at 2 yrs old. 12 yrs later the washer died. Dryer still going strong. We purchased new above model. Looks very similar. Can't be more pleased at its performance! Found stored tubs of baby clothes 20 yrs old. My new washer has been working hard washing. It's quiet! Very very pleased.

The washer had issues only a few months after purchase. I had to call a repair technician at least 6 to 8 times due to one issue after another. It was so stressful & inconvenient. I do not reccomend this product.

Purchased 1 month ago. So far, I really like the appearance and functioning of the Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. washer and 7.5 cu. ft. dryer (platinum color). They are a beautiful set and super quiet. The motor has a 20 year warranty. The only thing that I would change is that the display should also light up the words and the power/start buttons. The shipper/installer scheduled then rescheduled to a different date, the washer was dented (which I pointed out to the installer who told me to call Samsung), they did not include a 3 prong cord with the dryer (even though it should have been included. I was told by the installer to go buy one), and they did not hook up the dryer vent to the dryer. I did purchase a 3 prong cord and had everything hooked up. But then the shipper/installer came knocking on my door 2 weeks later at 7:30AM to do the "install" with no advance notice, I had already notified Sam's Club that I had everything hooked up and installed after the product was delivered (after I went and bought a 3 prong dryer cord & had it & the vent installed myself)... So my experience with the shipper was disappointing but I had read the reviews and had an idea to be very aware during the shipping/install. I did contact Sam's Club right away expressing my concerns and letting Sam's know of the issues with the install. Sam's customer service did help a little to rectify the situation. I will update this posting if I experience any problems with either the washer or dryer in regard to functioning, but other than my experience with the shipper/installer, I would purchase a large appliance from Sam's again, and I'm glad I made this purchase.

The Smart Care feature is nice too because I get a notification on my phone when the cycle is complete. I love the platinum color and tinted glass doors. It's a really nice product for a good price and I would highly recommend.
