[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung washer has been great!. It is larger than I expected, is quiet, stable, and easy to use. The smart settings allow for setting up custom wash cycles but the normal cycle is my go to. The washer is quiet and doesn't bounce around. This washer is much easier to use than my old washer and my clothes get done quicker and seem cleaner. I like all of the settings and the easy to use controls.

It is a cinch to clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. There are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing. It has a large capacity and I can fit a King size comforter in it and it comes out looking and smelling clean. An extra added bonus is the WI FI capabilities to use this machine anytime you need. Overall I highly recommend this Samsung washing machine, you will wish you had purchased it earlier.

Terrible washer. Barely just over 2years old and it's already needing major repairs. Loud knocking on the door. Called support and said it was out of warranty. Their parts are crap. Opened up the machine to find one ofthe screws that holds the drum in place had broken in half.

so, i have just received my set literally installed yesterday. today doing a full house of laundry because my old set was a fridgidaire center. almost everything is samsung in my house so i wanted the washer set. next will be stove and refrigerator. hopefully all goes great considering the reviews i have read. so sorry people have experienced that. i love my champagne set...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. I have noticed how clean my clothes are and it doesn't matter if the loads are large or small.. My clothes comes out smelling amazing. It like that I can control the functions; rinse, dry, etc levels. I can also monitor the different stages of washing via the app. This was so easy to do. This machine is rather quiet and has a nice notification that goes off when the load is completed. This would be a great addition to any home. This look of this machine is so up to date.

It makes a lot of noise when on spin cycle and the noise is extremely loud. At first I thought it was normal but it has been getting worse and it seems that at some point the washer is going to break. I don't use it because it makes me nervous and I'm afraid of the noises It makes.

Really pleased with the ability to see which phase my washer is in when I am not in the laundry room. Clothes are getting as clean as before. I do like the various steam functions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung series 6300 washer and dryer is outstanding! i had a frigidaire and it had good options and got the job done, but this front load washer is epic! options i wanted and options i didn't know i needed! the sanitize option is amazing! the cycles are faster than any washer i've ever owned. the washer is super quiet. i've loved everything about it. we have also saved quite a bit on our water bill. we have a family of 7 (4 are teenagers) and dad is a first responder, we have lots of dirty clothes. our washer/dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. both washer and dryer have a capacity for super big loads!
