The champagne color is so beautiful and I love that I can control the washer with my phone. There is so many different cycles to choose from compared to other washers. Works great and gets clothes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the washer about a week but so far I love it. I have used the washer three times. Each load has come out very clean. The spin cycle goes much faster than my previous washer and the clothes are practically dry. This washer is so much faster. When the panels indicates 45 minutes, it will be finished on time.

Bought this washing machine 06/02/22 it was great for 4 months and then started sounding like a helicopter is landing in our house. Very disappointed with this washing machine especially after having the same washing machine (kenmore) with very little issues for 20 years. Currently not getting responses from the warranty so I guess that’s the next fight.

Purchased 1 month ago. So far, I really like the appearance and functioning of the Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. washer and 7.5 cu. ft. dryer (platinum color). They are a beautiful set and super quiet. The motor has a 20 year warranty. The only thing that I would change is that the display should also light up the words and the power/start buttons. The shipper/installer scheduled then rescheduled to a different date, the washer was dented (which I pointed out to the installer who told me to call Samsung), they did not include a 3 prong cord with the dryer (even though it should have been included. I was told by the installer to go buy one), and they did not hook up the dryer vent to the dryer. I did purchase a 3 prong cord and had everything hooked up. But then the shipper/installer came knocking on my door 2 weeks later at 7:30AM to do the "install" with no advance notice, I had already notified Sam's Club that I had everything hooked up and installed after the product was delivered (after I went and bought a 3 prong dryer cord & had it & the vent installed myself)... So my experience with the shipper was disappointing but I had read the reviews and had an idea to be very aware during the shipping/install. I did contact Sam's Club right away expressing my concerns and letting Sam's know of the issues with the install. Sam's customer service did help a little to rectify the situation. I will update this posting if I experience any problems with either the washer or dryer in regard to functioning, but other than my experience with the shipper/installer, I would purchase a large appliance from Sam's again, and I'm glad I made this purchase.

Im purchase this product. Im purchase de washer and dryer electric. Four months later of purchase the Asher are complete damage in all function. Is inappropriate and inaceptable this situation. Im not recommended this for any reason. The warranty not responding appropriately. It's necessary change all parts of the washer Machin except the box. It change everything parts of the washer. Not waste your money, not waste your time with this product. The dryer is not different is bad very bad situation. The dryer not dry the clothes, and not function the dryer sensor and the temperature sensor. It's extremely bad purchase.

Very limited water comes in so clothes stinks when it comes out. To wash clothes need good amount of water. We have to keep washing same clothes 2 or more times.if you have someone in your family works and wear clothes and if it gets stains or dirty you need to wash multiple times to remove the stain
