[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in September and had some issues in April with noise. however, it was fixed (but has to be unstacked for warranty claim to fix it which was a pain and you also need to restack it yourself)

I’ll never buy a Samsung washer again. I’d give no stars if possible. It all started when I learned that the delay end feature doesn’t work. They tried to repair first one twice before replacing with a new washer. Undergoing third repair of replacement machine. The replacement electrical board was faulty. Delay feature does not work and washer remains locked. Technician said components smelled “burnt”. If this simple feature doesn’t work, what else is bound to fail.

I hate all the sounds and how easily it is to bump when leaning over to cabinet. Finally the door can't be switched on the washer and my lines are on the right for washer so I have to load around the door.

It's working great, the size is perfect for a small family. And there are a lot of settings to wash different kinds of clothes. Highly recommend to all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer with a lot of washing options to select from. Steam cleaning is a plus. Only thing I am missing in this washer is - there no option to select small loads. Though time-based washing may be used instead. One drawback is - towards the end of the wash cycle, machine vibrates while spinning at high speed and makes relatively loud sound.

Very disappointed that you can't change factory settings. You have to change them every time you start the washer if you don't like the factory settings. If you select quick wash, you have to change the water temp every time you start the washer as the factory is set it to warm. I don't want warm. I want cold. You can't change it nor does it remember the last settings you set for that cycle. As I use quick wash a lot and have to change this every time. Would be great if it would remember that setting.
