I wanted a top load because I hated the smell that my parents and friend got off there front load washers. this washer was a wonderful cleaning system, and clothes come out clean every time

To all the positive reviews, I bet you just got the machine. Counterweight broke after 1.5 years. Poorly manufactured. Waste of money. 100's of reviews stating the same complaint. This product should be recalled. I'm out over a grand now, thanks for nothing samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the washer. It does an amazing job washing and there’s several wash settings. I just can’t get the app to work. I’ll have to see if I can get a tutorial. Other than that the washer is amazing.

I like Samsung products and i was happy with my purchase but the problem is the when I wash the soap or softener stays on the side of the door and it doesn’t wash like I was thinking it would also it does not spin good , when the cycle is done and I want to put it in the dryer is still really wet so I wish Samsung would provide help with this issue or exchange for a better one , this product is expensive and to not be able to be happy after used is not fair for the customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great modern look. Connects with SmartThings via Wi-Fi. It has more features than I could ever possibly need, but I’m still learning. Washer communicates with the dryer to determine best dryer setting based on washer setting. Cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our washer and dryer matching set. Best investment we ever made for washing clothes. Take no more than 45 minutes to wash and dry. Excellent quality of cleanliness. And it connects to our phones and televisions and alerts us on both when we're watching TV. Super great set and we have switched to everything Samsung. The delivery was great and what an amazing deal! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is beautiful, great champagne color. We love that connects to Bluetooth and e can turn on or off from the phone. The reason I give it 3 stars is because just when the Washer was year old my first washer broke and because warranty Samsung replaced it. Second washer now, again less than a year old and had to get serviced. Disappointed because I was expecting it to work for many years to come with out issues for price we paid.
