Washer does a terrific job cleaning cloths but after a few weeks the washer cycle dial indicator lights stopped working. Thankfully you can download an app using a QR code on front of washer snd select cycles that way until I have time to connect with Samsung repair. Otherwise its a great machine.

The design is sleek and modern and it looks great in my laundry area. I just completed a cycle and this machine is a game changer. It is fantastic at cleaning even at lower temperatures. The variety of wash cycles means there's something for every type of load. If you are considering an upgrade, this one is absolutely worth it.

I don't think I have ever gone out of my way to leave a review before. I am on my second washer in about 3 years (warrant replacement) the first unit broke in less than 9 months with a cracked counter weight on the front. I contributed this failure to a large load on a high spin cycle. The second unit just broke Christmas morning due to a bolt steering off that holds the counter weight on. There were only 4 hand towles inside. This is obviously a manufacturer issue and should be recalled in my opinion. This until is awful you will be lucky to make it past two years with regular use. Save your money and purchase another brand.

Won’t power on, one month shy of 2 months from the date of manufacture…. What a P0S. Repairman said the control board is not getting any power. Control board isn’t fixable, it has to be replaced. My outlet has been tested and it’s working just fine, it’s the washer. I’m upset. Cost to repair is more than I paid for the washer….

I did my first load of wash and oh my... my clothes came out cleaner AND softer than my previous washer. The functions are easy to understand and use, they have different settings for different types of clothes. It is quite and i love it. I would recommend this to anyone needing a new washer.

Adding all of the extra Steam based options in as well makes it even more of a value proposition. While a little confusing at first to program a wash without the app, that confusion goes away with familiarity. I can't stress enough that while you do NOT need the Smart Things App to enjoy this product, the functionality and flexibility you get with the app is awesome. Life Cycle Management and product information is readily available along with energy monitoring and being able to fine tune your laundry settings. A FANTASTIC system!

Bought this as a set. I have been very impressed with it. It seems to run quicker than a top load washer and it cleans just as well. The smartthings compatibility is a wonderful adding additional wash modes and notifications when loads are finished, even when I'm not home.

Old was 24 minutes, new 19 minutes and now the cycle when complete shows up on the TV. She likes that also. If the dryer goes out again, will replace that too.
