The steam for whites is the best I've ever been able to get my whites their "whitest". I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new set. Love the champion color as well.

It has multiple wash cycles (I haven't used all of them) and for the ones I have used, the clothes are clean and fresh. I especially enjoy the quick wash feature for those smaller loads. The color is absolutely amazing!

I love how quiet it is, and adding it to my Smart Things app has allowed me to monitor the amount of energy it uses, which is SUPER COOL. Washer and Dryer look super modern, were a breeze to install and overall do an amazing job so far. Love the Wifi connectivity, although setting up a second user is little counterintuitive. Unit looks very modern and has many great features. Love the Quick wash - 28 minutes. All my appliances are now new Samsung Smart units, which makes me feel like I live in the sci fi future =). Now just need to add a samsung smart tv, so the notifications pop up on screen if Im watching something. My fiance loves it too.

I like Samsung products and i was happy with my purchase but the problem is the when I wash the soap or softener stays on the side of the door and it doesn’t wash like I was thinking it would also it does not spin good , when the cycle is done and I want to put it in the dryer is still really wet so I wish Samsung would provide help with this issue or exchange for a better one , this product is expensive and to not be able to be happy after used is not fair for the customer
