We’ve had the washer just barely over a year and it’s already requiring repair. I’m so frustrated! With a large family, we use it everyday. The spin cycle is extremely loud, but I can live with that, but now… after the cycle completes, my clothes are sopping wet! I’m having to run the spin cycle twice just to get it to a manageable “dryness” before it can go in the dryer. It’s so frustrating! We bought the set to match and now the dryer is giving us issues too. Would never buy a Samsung again!

Also appreciate the Smart Things app to know when the load is finished. We're not fans of the long chime/song that plays when a cycle is completed, though fortunately it can be turned off on both units.

The reason I give it 3 stars is because just when the Washer was year old my first washer broke and because warranty Samsung replaced it. Second washer now, again less than a year old and had to get serviced. Disappointed because I was expecting it to work for many years to come with out issues for price we paid.

The digitized versions of classical music songs when you change settings and whenever a load is complete get a little annoying over time. We purchased the pedestals this time, which raise the machines up to a more comfortable level. However, the washing machine seem less stable and rock back and forth when smaller loads are spinning at top speed...

I ordered the champagne color and they are so aesthetically pleasing. I love the steam feature. My clothes seem to get so much cleaner with this washer. I’m really happy with my purchase. I am not handy at all and I installed both the washer and dryer by myself.

Wost mistake ever. As soon as I could I bought myself this Samsung washer and I couldn't be happier. My clothes are actually clean. I love the little song it sings to tell me when it is done and that I can connect to get notifications.
