Good washer hate the sounds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far washer working great. Hate all the sounds! The smart things is really useless. If I put the clothes in I probably pushed start. I hate all the sounds and how easily it is to bump when leaning over to cabinet. Finally the door can't be switched on the washer and my lines are on the right for washer so I have to load around the door.

Met All Of Out Needs... And Some!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my 7 year old Samsung front load stackable washer. Not too bad but not great as far as how long it lasted. If the dryer needed replaced right now as well I probably would have went with a different brand. I find the quality of the new Samsung lacking. It seems to wash well, especially since the one I had was struggling for about a year. The door is flimsy, close it too hard and it bounces back at you, not hard enough, it doesn't catch. I don't really trust the dial/buttons on the machine. They seem like they will be the first thing to malfunction, just like my last washer. I hope I can get a little more useful life out of the pump on this one. This washer doesn't have "my cycle" which i liked and came in handy when the dial on my last washer quit working.

Easy Operation and GREAT Features!

Shakes -- No Fix
Shakes violently during spin cycle. And when it finally gets up to speed (if it does), it shakes my entire home. It is on a 10" thick slab of concrete and it still shakes my home! Prior repair tech came out and apparently tightened a few bolts and left, saying I'd need a motherboard (for shaking?) but never returned, never called to let me know the part is available, nothing. Frankly I want my money back and I am going to engage my CC to try and do so... this is horrible.

If your washer is shaking violently, make sure the shipping bolts are removed for the front load model. A level floor and washer will help reduce shaking, too. Give the washer a little space for rattling or clanging noises, and check for loose metal items inside. Turning clothes inside out can reduce noise from buttons and zippers. Awesome Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older Kenmore Elite set, I was having issues with constantly. Washer and Dryer look super modern, were a breeze to install and overall do an amazing job so far. Love the Wifi connectivity, although setting up a second user is little counterintuitive. Unit looks very modern and has many great features. Love the Quick wash - 28 minutes. All my appliances are now new Samsung Smart units, which makes me feel like I live in the sci fi future =). Now just need to add a samsung smart tv, so the notifications pop up on screen if Im watching something. My fiance loves it too.

Works very well and quick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised on how fast it dose a normal wash cycle and how clean the clothes come out. Love the smart features and how the washer tells the dryer what setting to dry most efficiently. Now my Sundays are not fully booked for hours of laundry. The color is great as well. Only thing I would change would be to make the washer door able to change opening direction like the dryer.
