I decided to return to Samsung for my new washer, and after two months, no regrets!!! The washer is very quite, has no house shaken banging and rumbling like my suppossedly "quite drive" LG washer had. Easy to use controls, sharp looking washer that cleans very well! Great feature that it connects to my Samsung watch and phone to let me know when the laundry is done... can also sync with Alexa to announce when laundry is done. No mustty odor from the washer as I have noticed from other front load washers over the years. The steam cycle is great, it cleans thoroughly and the laundry comes out nearly dry! Delivery and setup was excellent! Very happy with the purchase!

I bought this washer to replace my previous Samsung front loading washer that broke within 9 months. This one hung around long enough for the 12 month warranty to no longer be valid before falling apart. NEVER BUY a SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. They only make decent cell phones and tvs.

i purchased a 4.5 large capacity front load washer on june 19th at a big box store. it was finally delivered on july3rd but because they do not install i was not able to use until july4th and it has been a shake rattle and roll ever since. loud noise, shaking enough that it moves the books and knick-knacks on shelves on the other side of the wall. i called customer service and was told because it was delivered with 2 dents(and the big box store credited my account for a small amount) that the dents voided any warranty. it is a piece of junk!!!! i keep using it because i have to! plus my clothes all have a musty smell to them. never again will i purchase anything samsung!!!!

It does a fantastic job at washing and is extremely quick. I had to change detergents to post though because I felt the clothes needed a little more boost!
