I hate the ads

The TV itself is fine and I would probably give it five stars. I hate the ads. Some of them are very inappropriate for kids. And just when I think I have gotten rid of them, it seems to come back. I oot out of all the 3rd party items, and it's still there. So I use the TV without internet and just use my own streaming devices.

Please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features. When you set Autorun Smart Hub to be on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app automatically runs when you turn on the TV which would help you avoid any ads. You can turn this function on or off. No bluetooth?

I bought this tv for myself as a Christmas present. I didn't set it up until new years day. Wired ad wireless seems to be great. 2 weeks later, I got s message on the TV that someone unknown to me connected through a linux laptop? Alarmed, I started searching on how? Called internet provider and gheh told me that the person did it through bluetooth. But no settings for bluetooth? I was told that ALL brand new TV have bluetooth. Apparently not this one? It's not even 1 month old!

Hi there, Thank you for letting us know about the Bluetooth issues you are having with your CU7000 TV. Please know your TV is Bluetooth-enabled and can connect to other Bluetooth devices. They must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to Settings> All Settings>> Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List.If you continue to have issues with Bluetooth or with other people connecting to your TV, please give Samsung Customer Support a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. I was happy with my tv until I tried to get net flix…..but it keeps saying “the silverlight plug-in” is not supported! What the heck is that?!!
