[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use our TV on a fiber optic system and occasionally stream video to it. The TV has a great view and high quality picture. Streaming is quite easy and goes without a hitch. Though still learning different streaming apps, I love the capabilities.

It was not intuitive to push the volume and channel buttons for changing from the side rather than the top. The rep kept using the word toggle instead of push which did not make sense on a remote. Vocabulary is still an issue between generations and different first languages. Please add the word PUSH to instructions.

It connects directly to the internet via wifi, enable free and seamless streaming. It comes with free channels, and is particularly good at playing bright fast-paced video games, as it has a great response time in bright scenes and a very low input lag in Game Mode. It is a good TV to watch sports as fast, bright action looks clear. It's also great at watching movies on DVD, as it has decent contrast. However, its low overall brightness in both SDR and HDR combined with its poor reflection handling makes the TV into being a pseudo dark room TV, and its poor viewing angle gives poor viewing pleasure in a group due to its colors quickly shifting and dimming moving away from the center.

We bought this TV to replace our older 51" Samsung TV. It fit nicely on the wall bracket we had and the Smart feature means we no longer need the HDMI cable from our laptop. The remote is much smaller and easy and simple to use, once you get used to it. The improved picture quality is a major benefit.

We plan on purchasing a Samsung sound bar to help. Also sometimes the streaming on Samsung plus takes a few more seconds to load than other apps. Not enough to be annoyed about. Other than that, it seems to be a great TV for the money.
