I bought this over a year ago and it is a great TV all around. Everything works amazing, the sound, picture, game mode... only glitches once in awhile with opening apps (Amazon prime mostly) but as long as you just unplug the TV to reset it, it works as it should.

The brightness of the screen and picture quality are amazing. Movies, and regular television programs are extraordinarily sharp, color saturation and tones are on point, and the clarity of sound is great. The body of the Crystal UHD is slim and aligns perfectly with my tv stand. The tv legs were inserted easily and I was able to move the tv around and place it on my stand. The remote was easy to navigate and help me register the tv without issue. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend this model.

got it to replace my 11 yr old Samsung plasma tv , which worked flawlessly til it died ! It's a beautiful picture, much lighter weight than the old plasma, and so far the only thing I can complain about is that I wish it had an audio tone control ! No bass or treble adjustment. Need that to adjust between some shows due to audio variances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my 85 inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room. It just basically become the main focal point of the household. This TV was bought to replace my 70 inch; which I loved and used religiously for everyday news or those all important Saturday Alabama Football Games. My children got a few drones for Christmas and we had already decided that it was a bad idea to allow them flying in the house. As usual ch Children don't listen. Anyway, one thing led to another. The drone flew through the living room and was slapped away by my youngest child right into the edge of the LCD TV screen. The screen immediately went fuzzy and got vertical lines jumping Across it. We kind of crossed our fingers hoping It would get better. We waited for a couple weeks that maybe we wouldn't have to replace it but no such luck. I fell for the picture quality of my new Samsung in the store. So far I have no complaints. Setup and operation have Been super straightforward and simple I haven't run into a snag really yet. it was a wonderful investment that I would make again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been an avid Samsung monitor/TV person for 20 years, and this series of TV's is by far the best! As a family of gamers and movie watchers, we love the picture quality, and smart TV features for our streaming services. The only negative side to the TV, is the large Source menu screen, and the constant "press down arrow for blah" that shows up EVERY TIME we turn it on, like we don't know how the TV functions after having it over 1 year. 10/10 do buy.
