[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV works fine. Clear and crisp pictures with excellent definition and color. The challenges I have faced are two fold: 1. At start up it automatically goes to the Samsung TV app necessitating changing the connected device every time!! 2. The programming of the “click throughs” is not intuitive at all. It took a great deal of time to locate the appropriates “settings” area to connect to an external antenna in order to pick up local TV viewing options.

I bought a 75 inch TV 2 years ago and that's all it lasted before it broke down and was quoted a price for repairs that made it not worthwhile to repair,it ended up in the dump. I was told by the repair shop that this particular model has a manufacturing defect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this tv, it has brought us hours and hours of entertainment. The color is so vibrant and clear. We watch mainly NFL football, streaming movies, news and documentaries. The picture is always crisp and clean.

I've had this TV for 3 weeks and I really like it. The remote control is (FINALLY) easy to use and not overloaded with mystery buttons. Smart Apps are easy to navigate. Picture comes on extremely fast when I turn on the TV. I'm happy with this purchase.

Would give 5 stars but not impressed with the sound. Unless the room is very quiet, it's difficult to hear. I've adjusted the sound modes and I think it's the speaker quality and the fact they are pointed down, rather than out toward the viewer. May have to add a sound at - maybe that's how Samsung is increasing their speaker/soundbar sales?? Otherwise, the picture is sharp and I like that I can access apps from the TV. Easy setup and lightweight.

I'm still learning it, but I love all the new features and the size is perfect for my living room. I'm so glad I chose the TV I did I couldn't be more happy with my selection. I plan on buying another Samsung TV in a few months.
