Keeps getting worse. "search" function useless.

Used turbotax for 16 years now. Would love for another option! Last version was the worst it ever was. "search" function for help give jibberish answers from an online forum. (no answers vetted) Links broken. Worthless and intrusive requirements for login credentials. Can't wait for the IRS to get rid of them.

Don't buy this product

Bought this product thinking it would be an easy install, boy was I wrong. Activation code would not work. I called Intuit and they were just about worthless in help. I just want to do my taxes and I'm getting no help. Why they ever got rid of the Turbo Tax disc and went to the online version I have no idea. Don't buy this you'll regret it.

Frustrated

RMD miscalculation

Turbo Tax has a calculation error for RMD’s. I antacted them twice and they have failed to respond. There are many customers that are having the same problem. Previous years Turbo Tax calculated correctly. If you don’t mind paying a penalty to the IRS then buy this Software. I have been using TT for a very long time but this is the last time I will purchase it.
