Overall a very straightforward path through an extremely obtuse process. Several research efforts ("look ups") I tried were not productive; they took me to topics with minimal overlap with my issue. I also dislike the default assumption that I prefer to import my financial data via the internet. But overall, very convenient in having all forms at my fingertips and navigating the process.

I like TurboTax but....when I went to complete my NYS tax return TT transferred my NYS pension income into the state tax return. Since my state pension is exempt that should not happen. It was not obvious on how to remove the exempt pension income from the state tax return thus I wasn't able to e-file my state tax return. This needs a fix!

I've used TurboTax for several decades and found it very helpful for doing my taxes each year. I'm a little disappointed that this year I could only purchase it as a download. I would prefer to get it in CD form. However that disappointment is somewhat offset by the fact that this year I received the largest refund since I've been using TurboTax. TurboTax makes doing your income taxes easy.

They can't get all of the data from Fidelity correctly. Their online system is so bad that I almost went back to paper. I am so SICK and tired of all of the adds and the upsell. If you made a good product you don't need to waste my time with all of the extra clicks and noise.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years to file my taxes and I have been very pleased with the service. However, this year I am having a problem with electronically filing my GA state taxes. I have cleared my browser and cookies but I am not able to input my credit card information to complete the process. I am very discouraged by this glitch.

I have used turbo tax for years. I am disappointed that this year it did not use my revised (in Turbo tax 2023) 2023 return to incorporate an 8606 into my return this year. I had to try to do it myself and a warning popped up that said the numbers were looking odd?! Why

Dissapointed in the product and use this year. Been using Turbo tax for manay years, this year was the most difficukt and frustrating process. Asking for me to send picture of my id to help unlock account is beyond unreasonable. I may not be returning to use your product next year.

I didn't have to use a live agent. The thing I had problems with was the download of the program, it wouldn't go on my computer. I had to use another computer. I had so mush stress trying to get it to work and worried I would be out the 75$. The cost of the program is out of control. You need to fix that, people can't afford to have someone else to do there taxes.

I've used TurboTax since it was first launched, but I'll be choosing something different next year. Intuit has added a new layer of frustration to the process. You can no longer simply buy a copy and install it to get started. You have to go through a nightmare process of purchasing online and then going to a different web location to set up an Intuit account, which I never wanted, wait for an email with a code to be able to actually use the software that you have already bought and paid for. Do you think they would compensate the customer for this extreme inconvenience by sharing THEIR savings from no longer producing dvd's and packaging? OF COURSE NOT! They are just gouging us for greater profits. Goodbye, TurboTax!

The software is fine, but I could do without the constant upselling. I also think everyone should know that the reason our taxes are so complicated is because Intuit spends millions of dollars every year lobbying to make our tax code complicated, and to prevent the IRS or other agencies from creating similar software that would be free. FREE! Instead, they keep us miserable to make themselves rich.
