I have been using TurboTax for year after year, for over 20 years now. I have not had any problems with the program to date. I plan on using it into the future as it has proven to be reliable, user friendly, and flexible in either guiding me or letting me edit the actual forms. The new TurboTax Advantage auto-renewal plan is a great offering, which I took advantage of. Yes ... loyal fan .. proven over the years. Thank you.

TurboTax getting more difficult to install on some laptops and they provide NO assistance. Otherwise, it works if you don't have trouble with the install. My computer gave me the "switch user account" error which they have NO solution! Aggravating

Everything is great except for only one thing. I once had a K-1 over 25 years ago. Turbo Tax still asks me about this K-1. I have tried to delete it and it still keeps asking me about it. I have not found a way to delete this from my return. Turbo Tax would not let me file electronically.because of this.

Could not eFile no matter what I did. It said something about needing Updates (which I did previously) but there was NO WAY to ask for updates on the software.....I look EVERYWHERE!! Very frustrating. Been utilizing TT for years. I will switch to something else next year.

It has always worked well for me, but this year the electronic filing keeps getting rejected, saying that the ID for the first taxpayer is missing. It is clearly not missing, and I click the "Fix It" button, re-transmit, only to have it rejected again. What is going on???

I do not want to e-file my state return. I want to file them by mail. Turbo tax refuses to provide the information i need to accomplish this. The automated assistant was useless in helping me to achieve my goal. I simply wanted the mailing instructions for the state of Virginia and I have not been able to get it from Turbo Tax.

I was happy with Turbo Tax until I had to input interest on checking and similar accounts. Turbo Tax wanted to import the information from each institution, while I wanted to make the entries manually. I had to go through a couple of steps to get out of importing and then choose interest from 5 category boxes. Then it was a step or two before I could make the entry. When I had completed one 1099 I had to go through the same routine for all the rest. Very, Very annoying.

TurboTax worked for me again this year! The only negative is that it asks for information not provided on certain forms, like the K-1. You can't fill in a worksheet with information that's not provided and, in this case, did not impact the tax due at all. If not for that, I would give 5 stars.

One issue for me this year. The first issue was difficulty in completing form8949. Despite many different attempts to complete this form, I failed, and needed to seek on-line help. That call was successful after about 45 minutes of discussion and research by the Representative.
