I contacted the online/phone support option for completing an amendment to my already filed tax forms and they were so very helpful. The process was easy to complete, and the help was everything I needed. The two people that I talked to were very courteous and helpful. The person helping me with the amended form helped me look at everything I needed to get the corrections made and submitted. Thank You.

I'VE COMPLETED MY TAX RETURNS USING TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS. I LOVE BEING ABLE TO DO THEM MYSELF TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS EXPECTED. I FOUND THE TOOL TO BE EASY TO FOLLOW. I HAVE NOTICED IN RECENT YEARS THAT I'M HAVING TO COMPLETE MORE FORMS, ESPECIALLY THIS YEAR AND I AM NOW GETTING TO THE POINT OF TURNING THIS TASK OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE AND PAY THEM TO COMPLETE MY TAXES.

As in years past, easy to use and predictable. Additional "connect/talk to expert" experience was disappointing. I hope I explained it well and followed his instructions correctly, Using desktop software so he could not see what my desktop screen. There should be an easy way to include desktop visual.

Had problems updating the Turbo Tax 2024 software. It would not load the update after I had uploaded 3 updates previously. I had to manually download the update from the Turbo Tax website to get the product working again. I have never had this problem before and I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

As usual, TurboTax was generally easy to work with and accurate. I like prefilling some data from last year's return and comparison between this year's return values and last year's. I had an unusual item this year, timber sales on property in another state. I had trouble finding how to enter data, but called TurboTax help and agent realized income was actually reported on wrong 1099 form! She walked me through how to get it correctly entered and complete my return. She was knowledgeable and patient.

Just the worse program. Total lack of clear and concise written instructions. Constantly have to search for explanations, because turbo tax does not provide instructions. Double paid state of Arizona taxes because of an unnecessary pop up that implied a direct payment of taxes. This was completely ridiculous. Turbo tax is the worse.

There were errors when I tried importing document from my financial institutions, so I had to start over from scratch and hand enter. Also, the expense field for energy efficient housing kept coming up with a yellow error box even though I hadn't entered anything in it--eventually I was able to clear it and get the error to go away. Otherwise, a nice product with nice visual improvements over last year.

Worked fine until I had to e-file my state (MA) return. I was offered the $20 state e-file fee because I am a TurboTax Advantage member, but when I was directed to a webpage (from my desktop PC edition of TurboTax), the payment webpage charged me the full rate of $25 plus tax.

I have used turbo tax for years and love it. I did have an issue this year that will make me rethink this in future. Entered my income, deductions and showed me owing over $3000 federal. Hit the final review tab and turbo tax found no errors or mistakes. Concerned this was incorrect, I reviewed manually and discovered that either I missed entering one of the income taxes withheld for one of my incomes. Added this number and am now receiving $3000 federal. Concerned program didn't catch this, which could have cost me big. Wondering if this happened in the past or will in future.

Not good. really difficult to get the federal to E-file. no instruction on what to do if the app won't e-file. spent an hour trying to get this to work. Regarding the state they try to trap you or it appears so, to e-file for a fee. Difficult to get around that and finally print to mail the state.
