I have used TurboTax since 1984. The one thing that could be better would be the online help around investments. overall a good program.

I've used turbotax for many years and it is seriously user friendly. thanks for your help each and every year in completing and submitting my taxes!

Feel like the product has regressed over the past couple of years. Sent in some points of contention in software review.

Worked as always, but Turbotax keeps insisting that I should use Online instead of my Desktop app. I ignore it.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year I found it harder than usual to figure out how to fix errors and where the errors are coming from.

95% clear and good instructions. Some instructions are ambiguous and this product might be overkill if your returns are simple.

I was disappointed. Many of the information boxes were blank when selected. The first thing I got when I needed help was you asking for money.

Huge problem getting into the program and getting it started. Left the program for a while, and everything was gone, when I returned.

I like TurboTax for doing my taxes. Had a complicated tax year so I appreciate the simplicity of the interview style of completing my taxes.

only difficulty was determining whether my state of Idaho PERSI retirement was a qualified vs. non-qualified account
