I have use Turbo tax for over 20 years. It has always given me the confidence I needed to know my return was being done accurately.

I couldn't do my taxes without TurboTax. I really like their references to topics as I input my information.

Guidance is awesome...step by step guides you thru and if you did last years taxes information is pulled over.

so far it is good except for the fact that they wanted to charge me $40 for the state and I do not know why

The only disappointment was that all the forms were not ready before December 31 so no last minute adjustments could be made.

I needed to to back and review frequently due to jumping forward and missing areas I have not filed yet

My experience has been outstanding so far. Keep imroving for those of us that are filing from overseas.

The questions are too redundant and confusing. Some font are humongous and not standardized. One font size to use is good enough.

Have used TurboTax without issues for several years - simple to use - guided through each segment - recommended very highly

Been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have no idea why anyone would go to a tax consultant after using this software
