I did not like the way I had to go from myself to spouse for entering information. I like to do one person, then the other when entering information.

Your programming is missing data inserts from imported files. Errors on work sheets that no longer apply comes up.

I've been a customer for years and your product has always worked great. I do think you should allow one free filing for a state return.

Using turbo tax made doing my taxes a breeze and the safety checks make me feel assured that all the information is accurate.

I have been using TurboTax to file my taxes for over 20 years. I find it very user friendly and straight forward.

it was ok, however you have to pay for e-file and it pushing to buy its features however I choose decline

My experience this year was fair I would say. The 529 QTP interview was not sufficient in processing my expense reimbursement.

Very intuitive and easy to use! Turbotax always makes it easy to file taxes, even with two little ones running around.

Imports from DWS and Etrade did not work. If imports don't work. Then, your product is worthless if I have to manually enter everything.

Use TurboTax since E-file started, bought Deluxe because I needed to file state tax and STILL GOT CHARGED. DONE. Never use Turdo Tax again.
