95% clear and good instructions. Some instructions are ambiguous and this product might be overkill if your returns are simple.

Cost too much for what you get and then have to pay more to e-file state tax. Price gouging at it's best.

I like to use Turbo Tax because they guide you every step of the way as well as supplying readily available help topics for your questions

Guidance is awesome...step by step guides you thru and if you did last years taxes information is pulled over.

When trying to pay for state return filling fees, the interface does not work well. I will file paper copies instead. That was very disappointing.

Have used TurboTax without issues for several years - simple to use - guided through each segment - recommended very highly

I have been using TurboTax for at least 18 years and it has been easy to use and I have never had any issues with the Federal or State returns

Terms for retirement income for government employees are not clearly defined, and no help was available.

Love the step by step instructions. Very easy to use. Love the options for saving .pdf and .tax files.

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years. It's super easy and e-filing is great! It makes the tax filing process less taxing :)
