Federal software is fine but AGAIN the State e-filing is screwed up. It will not go into the credit card payment area. This happened last year and looking at HELP topics in the TTax community, it has been happening for several years.

Excellent Tax Return Self-preparation software. Very user friendly. I'm a happy customer having used Turbotax for several years without any issues from the IRS.

In general, software performed as expected with exception that I was unable to import tax info from my Financial institutions and needed to input information manually - I real hassle

Turbo Tax was redesigned this year and was very easy to follow. Any questions that I had were answered either in the program or on-line. I trust the program to accurately calculate my return and complete the required forms.

I've used TurboTax for about 45+ years and have never had any problems understanding or completing my taxes. I have never experienced an error in the software that cost me money due to software errors.

The discontinuance of Itsdeductible site was not helpful, and neither was not being able to retrieve past records from it for valuation assistance. That should be reimplemented to TurboTax users.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and think it is the best product to use . Most of my preparations are quite simple but if I have a problem, customer service is always there to help.

I had a problem with the Federal carry over section. It wasn't letting me fix the problem on the screen. Cat, the help rep figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in just a few minutes. She had a great customer service attitude. She is a keeper!

This year, the repeated review steps for data entry do not clear in the summary page. That is confusing. Also, there is no explanation of how the senior tax deduction is processed. Other than, that, the usual excellent product.

I appreciate being able to walk through each section and get help if needed. I feel like this program is accurate and that I can trust it. I felt like it was more difficult this year due to all the tax changes but feel that they are all covered.
