I don't like how they charge you for downloading the program and then charge you again just before you file for using premium version even though I purchased the deluxe version. Stay away they probable make millions of dollars ripping people off.

TurboTax has gone downhill. I only use it due to habits. The interface for entering and viewing income sources/amounts is truly awful. Please fix your product.

Deceptive product offering. I bought Deluxe which includes STATE. I expected to be able to file my federal and state with this purchase. But although the product includes STATE, that is software only--not filing electronically. Deceptive and unfair.

not nearly as user friendly. Harder to save copy, harder to open, not as many helpful questions as prior years. very difficult to file state by mail and federal e-file. may try something else next year.

There is a problem with the program when dealing with RMDs, asks for corrections during smart check when it should have been dealt with during initial input. Happened on both Fed returns I filed

basically pretty good program speed of which transfer previous years data to new return then edit entries weak point is having to update turbo tax every time you login

this is my 5th year using turbo tax and i love it. it makes filing your taxes so easy. It also makes sure there are no mistakes, so your refund is not held up.

Utah State Tax return is blank when I print it. Utah State Tax return does not properly figure the Social Security Deduction. It uses an incorrect multiplier and omits 2 steps for the final deduction

I have used TurboTax for many years and will continue to use it. I was provided the tools and support that guided me through a difficult tax year. Thanks TurboTax
