Software works great and the guidance is worth it! Could use some minor updates since most people file electronically and pay estimated taxes electronically. Don't need to print or mail in coupons with a check.....

It is not adding soc totals together is showing I owe 1700 where on last year I owed 204 how do I refresh the program for I am positive it is incorrect if I was filing seperately would owe less

As far as doing taxes, the software works fine. I am just irritated by the cost of the software as well as charges for efiling Federal and State taxes.

Guides you through the questions or you can skip to what you know. I hate that it has to update everytime you open the program. I just want to file my returns or look something up from a previous year. Stop wasting my time!

Easy and clear instructions Had a problem with what it was asking me for and got a real person and was talked thru the problem quickly without a long wait time on hold.

Started return using online option but abandoned online option half way through process. Online process did not provide necessary visibility and flexibility.

Very easy to use with the software with the step-by-step instructions. Has nice features. Good interface. Compatibility is great with the different versions and years. Very accurate.

Went alright until the end. Filing was difficult as I could not choose a method of payment. I don't know if it was a glitch or something else in the system.

when trying to file an amendment, it just cycles through without actually sending anything i was going to give 3 starts, giving 1 now because it refuses to accept the review - keeps requiring an e-,ail while one is already entered
