Turbo Tax is great Denise was very helpful when I was having problems downloading after a problem occurred She was great very personable and knowledgeable I thank her

the online version failed (did everything but file the actual taxes I think due to a glitch) but the destop version worked FLAWLESSLY as it has since 2012

Excellent as always. But, I still prefer it on CD/DVD. I found that it is sometimes easier to manually enter an amount than to have to enter information about your bank. Please offer us a choice.

Desktop app was terrible. Had to loo up how to make it better. Should include a warning to run as administrator to make the app run okay. I had to work to pull up last years tax return that I did througt turbo tax. Unacceptable

Everything was fine until I went to print a copy for my files and couldn't so I resorted to PDF. Not happy about this as I've ALWAYS HAD A PRINTED COPY1

A user for about 30 years, it almost makes tax filing enjoyable. Walking through the form input is straightforward. The bank download saves hours. After prep work to retrieve off-line information, I finished in about 4 hours.

E filing went very smoothly. Had to review printed documents to confirm the S/S $6000 credit calculation. It was not mentioned in the entry process. A note of some sort would have helped.

Most was excellent, as usual. Two issues: 1) understanding the Schedule C asset entry portion 2) since I already enteered the High Deductible Medical premiums on my Federal and you knew that, why i you need to ask me again on the State portion?

Take your time and you can do your own taxes with this software. This version seems easier to use, after you figure out some differences from previous versions. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.

I always use your product, but I'm getting older and have vision issues now. The biggest problem i had was being able to read text that was white on pale blue or pale blue on white. A higher contrast combination would work better for older eyes.
